UK Digital Cameras 

I wanted to buy a compact digital camera for my mums birthday and used Google as my searching guide. I almost aways buy from Amazon for many reasons including that they are more often than not the cheapest. However, my search brought up UK Digital Cameras and they had the Canon Ixus 255HS cheaper, so I opted to take a chance and order through them. It was really easy. I paid via paypal and received instant communication. I then contacted their customer service team to see if it was possible to get the item delivered quicker, so as to arrive before mums birthday. A wonderful lady called Holly was a superstar. She ensured the item was despatched quickly (even though I didn't pay for the special service) and it arrived well in time but with the added bonus that I knew at exactly what time and which day so I could manage my schedule around the delivery. Fabulous! I would highly recommend them as a service. I can't comment on the Canon as mum hasn't used it yet but in terms of end to end customer service, faultless.

From the first phonecall to UK Digital Cameras, my mind was put at rest, very friendly sales staff who knew alot about the product, I ordered on Wednesday December 18th after talking to Holly, and the camera that I had ordered arrived Friday December 20th, well in time for Christmas day which made my daughter very happy. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy a camera from a UK based company. Happy shopping!!

You'd be mad NOT to use these guys. It's the afternoon on Friday 20th December and I need to get a camera for Christmas. Spoke to Holly (Great service) and ordered one at 3.30pm - it's Christmas right - well - it arrived at 10.30am the next day, Saturday!

Now that is service, and in this day of big companies, with a real personal touch. Also, lets not miss the point that their pricing is absolutely spot on.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS - mine is now all sorted.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED THE CANNON POWERSHOT SX 50 FROM UK DIGITAL CAMERAS. THE CAMERA WAS VERY MUCH A CONSIDERED PURCHASE BEING OVER 300.00, THE CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT WAS VERY HELPFUL, HELPING ME SORT OUT THE RIGHT MEMORY CARD TO BUY AND EXPLAINING IN DETAIL THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, WHICH I PURCHASED TOO. I ALSO THINK PUTTING TOGETHER "BUNDLE CHOICES" IS EXCELLENT, I KNOW IF I NEED ANY ADVISE CONCERNING MY CAMERA I ONLY HAVE TO GIVE THEM A CALL. ALL IN ALL I AM VERY HAPPY AND WOULD NOT HESTITATE IN RECOMMENDING UK DIGITAL CAMERAS.

This was my first experience with UKDC and to be honest, was not impressed at first as there was an item missing from my delivery, got in contact with Phil Cornhill who sorted it all out, now I love my camera, a Fuji HS50EXR and would certainly recommend UK Digital Cameras. We can all get things wrong it's how you deal with it that matters, I will certainly use them again.

I ordered my product and needed to change the item due to the colour was wrong that i had ordered for my wife. So the next day I contacted the UK Digital Camera staff, who took it in there stride changed the order advising me throughout the procedure.

Ok...what do you look for when making a big purchase. Value, service, quality and confidence. Well all that is bound up in the experience I encountered in dealing with this outlet and in particular Holly.
I inundated Holly with questions about this camera due to the previous 3 days spent contacting other outlets...all selling 'grwy imports' and who dont get close to ukd.. The camera arrived way before anticipated and in terms of the package purchased, is outstanding value for money.

He is going to be so delighted with the Fuji HS50 which is the camera he has been wanting since it was launched. I ordered the camera on Wednesday afternoon and it was with me by 11.30 the following morning. That is what I call first class service. I decided too place my order late last night and mostly because I liked the way the buying options were laid out on the web site. Within seconds of placing the order a confirmation e-mail arrived. I e-mailed back to ask for a vat receipt for my business expense and an e-mail was sent to say that it would be dealt with. This kind of communication is great for putting our minds at ease. Vat receipt duly arrived before 10am today! I replied and complimented them on great service and asked for confirmation of when goods would be dispatched. Within 2 hours an e-mail told me that goods had been dispatched and upgraded to express delivery at no extra charge.
What fantastic service this company gives and I already want to go back and buy something else soon!
I am the first to complain about poor service so it is my absolute pleasure to say in this instance this company have renewed my faith well and truly.
I look forward to receiving the goods way earlier than i was expecting so am left with a happy feeling all round.

I ordered my camera on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived first thing Wednesday morning. Goods brilliant. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent, prompt service. Five working days between ordering and delivery to us including dealing with the part exchange of our old camera.

Based solely upon others' review I decided to purchase some camera equipment, and was not disappointed. The wonderful speaking voice of 'Holly' their Sales Receptionist was enough to sell me anything! The items arrived in less than 24 hours from ordering, and arrived just one minute before the promised time - better than the railways!

I had left the choice of camera for my upcoming holiday of lifetime until almost the last minute and in a frenzy I searched the web where I found that UK Digital Cameras had the camera I wanted (the brand new Panasonic Lumix FZ72) and at a very reasonable price. And with the delivery service they offered via DPD I felt assured I would have my new toy in time before jetting off to Singapore for the Grand Prix and then on to Australia. As an afterthought I realised I had not included an ultra violet filter but rest assured, my contact Holly in the Sales Team immediately swung into action and posted the item to me.

I have absolutely no fear in recommending UK Digital Cameras to anyone who is looking for a great service in terms of stock, price, delivery and support services. I am really glad I chose them.

I was a bit dubious about the whole trade in lark and was expecting to be told that the camera was not in the condition I described and therefore thy would offer me less. Well I was very pleasantly surprised. Firstly the new camera I ordered arrived within a day of ordering without my paying for the express delivery and on the same day they emailed me to say they had received my camera and would offer me the full value as quoted. The refund appeared on my credit card statement a few days later just as they said it would. All in all a very good service and a good way to recyle your old tech somewhere other than ebay if you are planning to upgrade.
