What an easy transaction. My son found uk digitalcameras online and I was a bit sceptical and expected problems. However his new camera was received in 3 working days and credit for his old one within 5 days - excellent service will be recommending then.

I got my camera within minutes of the time indicated - great service.
Checked the contents with list provided and found 2 cards missing - warranty card was one of them.
When I tried to register the camera with Cannon got the message that it had already been registered to another user. Phoned UK Digital Cameras and got an explanation that didn't ring true.
Returned the camera and bought locally
Had to contact the company twice before I got my refund and even now the cost of the return postage has not been refunded as agreed in a telephone call with the company

Having almost recovered from the worst service possible from a now closed internet photographic equipment supplier in Oxford,I was rather hesitant in dealing on the `net again.Thank you ukdigitalcameras for restoring my faith.

Through no fault of UK Digital Cameras my Fuji HS20 exr was faulty when delivered - one phone call was all that was needed for a replacement to be on my doorstep less than 24hrs later. If only the rest of the retail world was as efficient and POLITE (a rare commodity these days).

I can thoroughly recommend UK digital cameras. My camera was ordered and received within 20 hours with a deal that was far and away better than any offered in store.

i tried to buy this product from Amazon and was very disappointed with the lack of service so I cancelled it. I then found this company and used their call back feature. I got my call back within half an hour and a very helpful lady placed my order and guaranteed courier delivery within 2 days. I then got an email confirming the order followed by an email from the courier telling me what time. He was bang on time! I have to say this was really excellent service and I am so pleased with the product.

I had never spent a considerable amount of money online on a product I had not seen in the flesh and was a bit wary about it. I had absolutely no need to worry. The camera I received was everything I expected and more.
I got a great deal with the camera, a 16g memory card, 5 year warranty, a case and vouchers for free prints and canvases only 7 pounds more than the price of the camera alone on Amazon.
I chose free delivery, estimated in 5 working days, I ordered it on Thursday evening and received it at work on Monday morning, I was fully charged and out snapping on my lunch break. I had no issues so no need to contact customer support.
Although wary at first, I would thoroughly recommend UK Digital Cameras to anyone.

Item is great and arrived by courier next day even on standard delivery. Trade in quote was honoured at price quoted ( unlike the infamous car quote placewho are a rip off).

Keenly priced camera, ordered on Monday, standard delivery, attempted to deliver Wednesday, actually delivered Thursday. Kept informed throughout and liked being given a link to track the delivery company. Would unquestionably recommend this company.

Excellent price and helpful staff but the STANDARD delivery service was amazing.

Ordered mid afternoon on a Friday. E-mail to say it would be delivered on the Monday First thing Monday, a further e-mail saying to within the hour when it would arrive...................and it did!

Everything was best. Specially, it was very cheapest. i was looking the camera prices of the websites about 2 months. Finally, i got it from your company.
I would like to recommend this company for all of my friends.

At the same time, i would like to say one more thing. I ordered the camera about 8 pm(Monday). it said that delivery date will be tomorrow(Tuesday). However, i know you can't deliver by Tuesday. I received by Wednesday. So, keep eye on your website as well.

There are many great things to share about my experience with UK Digital Cameras.

1 - they offered a great price on the camera I wanted
2 - I wrote to them about a trade in on Sunday evening and received a reply the same night and a fair trade-in price
3- I ordered the camera with standard delivery - it turned up Tuesday
4- Used the FREEPOST service to send my trade-in
5 - Was told my trade-in was accepted Wednesday and money was on my card
6- Got a voucher for a free photobook

The service was quick and outstanding - I will not hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new camera whether they have a trade-in or not.
