UK Digital Cameras 

Ordered a Fuji hs20,was delivered 1 day later, excellent, unfortunately the camera had a fault, contacted ukdc by email,received a phone call about an hour later,got another email with instructions on how to return,returned unit,fault confirmed,sent new one back and refunded my postal costs.All this in the space of a week!!
Fantastic A1 customer service, its a pity some major companies cant compete with this.
I would certainly recommend ukdc to anyone,you just couldnt expect anything better,once again, excellent,thank you.

Good prices, quick delivery, buying made easy, and most important reliable. Caught out by S E site and waiting for a refund maybe.

I read reviews before writing mine and saw a total coincidence with another reviewer who reported being in his pyjamus when camera arrived next morning. Exact same thing happned to me (15 minutes later). But from outset the staff were extremely helpful and replied to my e-mails quickly. I traded-in my old camera and not only did they pay postage but my credit card was refunded the promised amount and the whole transaction completed within 4 days. I hope nothing goes wrong with my camera but if it does I have every confidence they will sort it out.

Overall I have had a very good experience purchasing from them and I like the fact they give 2 full years guarantee with a further 3 years parts only for a small payment.

This company were recommended to me by a total stranger who I had met while on holiday in Italy (Englishman) on a brief encounter on a boat. I now feel I could recommend them to my best friend.

I was more than pleased to find a supplier that was saving me £60 on the camera deal I was searching for, but even better was in store. The order was placed very late on Friday night and with the weekend looming I had reasoned that it would be the following Friday before the goods arrived. On Monday I received an email to say that the order would arrive before 1pm the following day, to be honest I didn't take too much notice of the promise. I SHOULD have taken notice because I was still in my pyjamas when it arrived the next morning at 8am!

Ordered camera at 11-50 a.m. on Monday, arrived 09-40 next day. That is some service to the Isle of Wight.

Ordered my camera by phone as the operator said ther was only one left at 10 o'clock on Monday morning. It arrived at 7 o'clock the next morning. Can not get much better than that. Well pleased with the camera and with the service, will use them again

I ordered a HS10 recently, really looking forward to it and had something i wanted to do the next evening using it. I paid for Next Day delivery within the time limit on items that were in stock so everything should have gone to plan.

I then was told by city link that just because they organised the delivery via internet at 18:30 that evening does not mean thats the pickup time. I later found out from city link that it was actually more than likely registered at that point but not picked up from them until the next morning. Hey presto my delivery was not next day, it was the day after just as city link suggested.

I was slightly anoyed and yes i did get a part refund on the postage but the fact i was blaming city link only to find out the truth later. I would have appricated it more if they were just honest and said sorry we registered the delivery but failed to get it out on time enough for next day.

Ok so it would be late, but we are only human and i prefer the honest touch rather than blaming it on the transport company.

Other than that, all is well so far. I have no after sales experience with them yet but as for response re e-mail its very good. Both Judy and Dominic have been helpful..

I have now re-reviewed this as 5 stars on the basis on the response posted in the comments section that i recived from Andrew. It is only fair that i push in favour of UK Digital Cameras because i have had bad experiences with city link before. The fact they also take the time to even respond to these comments just shows their high level of customer service.

I ordered my Fuji Finepix HS20 on Thursday afternoon. I could have had it delivered on Friday but as I was out all day I asked if it could be delivered on Saturday, to which they replied "yes", and It duly arrived at 9am this morning.
This is a brilliant company. The staff are helpful and courteous and when given a delivery date, it is adhered to.
Absolute first class service and I shall definitely order from them in future, and will recommend them to friends.

UKDigital Cameras provided excellent service when I purchased a used Panasonic DMC FZ38 camera and I appreciated of all their help in obtaining a camera shoulder strap which was unfortunately missing. I am very happy with the camera which works perfectly. A special thankyou to Judy and all the staff who were so helpful.

I phoned to order a Canon SX30 camera on Wednesday lunchtime and it was delivered at 10am the next day - Perfect

I bought myself a camera and somewhere else was cheaper so I emailed them and they got back to me within 5 mins and I had also rung them and they straight away picked up the phone. They offered free next day delivery and a reduced price. Everything about this company is great.

Always buy my digital cameras from them Always excellent service never had bad service yet Sadly may have to go to somone else for the moment as the one im looking for is not in stock At least their website says it's out of stock unlike a lot of other sites I may just hang on and wait till stock comes in.
