Very friendly and helpful service
Efficient service and well presented website. Very sharp and comprehensive site, and although I sampled some magnetic closures for bags they were not what was right for my job. Thankyou anyway.

good service, bad product.
The service was very good, my magnets arrived very quickly. however they are NOT as strong as is advertised, a magnet listed at a pull of 14kg could not even lift 5kg! furthermore, as soon as i stuck one of the smaller magnets i purchased to my fridge, it chipped. I have contacted UKMAG and expect either a replacement or refund and hope that they oblige.

Excellent ,speedy,efficient .
I rang to ensure the product requested was all I hoped for.The gentleman in Customer Service was very helpful indeed and reassured me that the product would be ideal.The educational magnet set for my grandson was despatched speedily and delivered within two days.I was informed by email of the progress and could not be happier with the service.Most importantly...my grandson loves his magnet set! I will be ordering the next level set very soon secure in the knowledge that the company service and products are first class.

Sent a question to Ukmag.net, and received a telephoned technical reply in an hour. Then ordered two reels of magnetic tape which arrived the next day - wonderful service. The product is perfect for the job and of top quality.
