Don’t seem to care
Ordered from tackle UK on the 9th November and was collected by UK mail/DHL on the 10th November who said it would be delivered on the 11th November but on checking the tracking it said was delayed on there site, since then the seller has tried to find out where the parcel is but no luck so far, so l got in touch with customer service from DHL/UK mail who in my opinion was the worst l have dealt with for a long time they haven’t a clue and don’t seem to care.
It is the 19th November now and l am still waiting could someone send out a search party or is that to much trouble l live in hope.
Advice to companies please use Royal Mail or Parcel Force they are so much more reliable and efficient.

One of the worst delivery companies in the world staff and management are aggressive and abusive treat customers like rubbish braking and damaging items and losing them and when they do deliver they trash your property and staff think the can abuse and do what they wont they are a disgrace

4 out of 5 deliveries of cases of beer have either been delayed or only part delivered with one delivery having 1 case of 2 completely lost. I cannot understand how the delivery is tracked through their system and marked as 'Out for Delivery' then later in the day marked as 'Delayed' and even more unbelievably 'We Do Not Appear to Have Received Your Item from the Sender'.

This company is a UKmail but they call themselves DHL is a joke.

What an awful experience dealing with…
What an awful experience dealing with this company DHL. Tried to delay delivery as we were away on their automated system, they still delivered left no calling card ! sent two enquiry mails no response to either. Finally after lots of frustration I managed to speak to somebody who was helpful, another difficult task through their automated system. who managed to rearrange the delivery for me. when I mentioned the two enquiry mails I had sent to them she said they go to a different department and often fail to action or respond to them her department has complained about this many times. Finally receive parcel in cardboard box which was wet through in a couple of areas, luckily my items were in a plasic bag inside.
