Thieving workers
I was suppose to have a parcel delivered by DHL last Thursday evening. It was onto delivering van scan at 7.15pm. Someone at 8.24pm said it was delivered at address and signed it cold.
It was never delivered so someone from DHL stole my item. I am £65. out of pocket. Have sent 2 messages to dhl and had no reply back. The company who sent the parcel said tracking says it's been delivered so cant help

Having waited in all day on 18th June I eventually went online to track the delivery to find it had 'been delayed' sand would be delivered on 19th June.
Messaged on 19th to confirm delivery between 12.30 and 2.30.
Not delivered - online system said 'unable to locate address' returned to depot will deliver on Monday June 22nd. How can this make sense?
2 hours on hold to customer services then cut off.
Tried again this morning - no option to speak to a human being and only succeeded in somehow being given another delivery date of Tuesday 23rd June.
You cannot blame everything on the pandemic - take responsibility and treat customers fairly.
UKMail are useless
UKMail claimed to have tried to deliver my package on 09/06/2020. I received no email to say the item was due for delivery or that they couldn't deliver.No card was left. As we have been in lockdown since the middle of March, I can guarantee we were in. I wondered whatwas going on with my item, so I checked the DHL UK website and UKMail have returned to the sender in Germany with absolutely no communication whatsoever. USELESS!

UK Worst
Covid-19 has given UK Mail an excuse for even worse service. It is very easy for goods to go missing when the driver doesn’t need to get a signature. Customer service is nonexistent.

Damage to Property
Two weeks ago I began the process of attempting to contact you as a result of damage to our property caused by one of your drivers. Your driver was delivering a parcel to our immediate neighbour. Instead of driving a few yards to the turning circle at the top of the road, he attempted to reverse into the driveway, hitting and snapping our entrance pillar. He spoke to us and suggested we simply relocate the snapped half back into place and leave it balanced. For safety reasons that is not an option and it is too heavy even for two people to lift and repair. Therefore expert input is required and it’s likely the upper layers will need to be rebuilt from scratch.
The incident occurred on 2 June 2020 at approximately 11 AM, in Storrington West Sussex. After making contact through the main DHL telephone line I was told that since the van was white with yellow signage they could not deal with my complaint and I had to go through DHL Parcels (part of UK Mail). I was given the telephone number for the complaints line and I have made several attempts to get through. Despite holding for considerable periods each time none of my calls have been answered. I then submitted a complaint via the DHL Parcels online message service. I received an acknowledgement of the message saying I would receive a response within the next working day, but I have not had a reply.
I also attempted to make contact via Facebook but again had no reply.
I feel that having allowed two weeks for you to respond I have no option but to place my complaint here. I’m in the process of trying to get quotations for the repair of our brickwork and I would appreciate it if you could reply and tell me how to submit the invoice. My online message to yourselves generated a case reference number ending ****7670.
I ask that you respond fully within 7 days.

Then I was told it was due to a driver not able to find the address.
Brought back and will be specially delivered. Guess what !!! Didn’t turn up.

Dreadful service and no human to speak to when things go wrong, the automated system just tells you about the failure, says goodbye and hangs up.

Appalling. Awful customer service. Like truly shocking. You can't call and when you email you can't reply directly because it comes from a no reply address. The staff don't read your queries properly. It's taken 3 weeks of back and fore to get nowhere over a missing parcel of mine. They have infuriated me and they don't care either. No respect and no customer service skills.

my parcel of well over 100.00pounds value came from germany ok then it went wrong.I followed the tracking data which showed two failed deliveries then damaged returned to depot for inspection.The next day it said delivered,where?I asked neighbours then found the parcel at the bottom of my drive leaned on the dustbins!It is a miracle the bin men had not crushed it or it had not been stolen.I cannot see the drive from my house,it is tenth of a mile long,also the box was the original undamaged box.Ihave found that delivery companys with poor service make it imposible to speak to a person.Ihave an auto complaint email ccb79c5e 14/05/20 24hour response!IT IS NOW 11/06/20.yodel are even worse,but that is another very long story.

Very bad delivery company. My parcels either get lost in their system or get delivered to the wrong address. You can never get through to customer services and when you do nothing gets done. I now ask companies who they use for delivery and if DHL/UKMAIL are mentioned I use a different company for my needs.

Ive never had a positive experience from DHL/uk Mail, I live in the city, I work in the city. Ive sent with them and received with them, when I used them for business they trashed the crated items i sent with them by trashing the wooden crates. Ive then had nothing but problems with them in receiving items.
I would suggest avoiding them at all costs.
