Can't Deliver to the Correct Address

Had a supplier send me some parts and unfortunately they used UK Mail which is a part of DHL. Claimed the parcel had been delivered and even gave the name of who they gave it to. Problem came about because the person who signed for them doesn't work in the same place. Contacted DHL to say we hadn't received it. In the mean time managed to track down the parcel which had been delivered to a different address and an entirely different company. Got a rather arrogant email back from UK Mail stating it had been delivered to the address (so clearly wrong as it was located elsewhere). No function to email back about the case. It seems they make it as difficult as possible to complain about the service so that you don't. Will recommend suppliers do not use.

Bunch of thieves

Bunch of thieves. They stole a parcel at Easter which nobody bothered to resolve and now it is happening again. It arrives at the depot is delayed every day and then it says delivered when it has not been. Nobody is held accountable. They changed the status to held upon recipients wishes and when queried just changed it to delivered status. You cannot speak to a human being so nothing ever gets resolved. Shambles, bunch of liars and thieves.

Had a parcel to Australia water damaged…

Had a parcel to Australia water damaged and with missing contents. Raised the issue with DHL through their contact system. No response despite trying 3 times over a 3 week period. Whist damage does occur from time to time, their communication is non existent. I will use another carrier in future.

Very poor communication..

Very poor communication... It feels as if I was just lied to in order to keep me happy. My order was failed to be delivered on the 14th because they couldn't find my house and they had all my contact details to phone me so I could direct them.

Ontop of that I phoned DHL on the same day to tell them where my house is and ask what the situation is and the lady said she will try to get it delivered the same day and update me on whatever happens, I didn't recieve a call at all and there's still been no motion what so ever on my parcel and not a single word from anyone at DHL.

I'm not entirely sure what to do now apart from wait and see what happens...

Poor communication with customers.

Was expecting a parcel to be delivered on the 14th, was given an hour time slot. When the parcel hadn't arrived I checked the tracking number and it stated that the driver couldn't find my address. So I contacted UKmail/DHL and they informed me that they didn't know why the driver couldn't find my address because they had the full address and also my contact number so the driver could have phoned me directly. They also informed me they'd ask the driver to redeliver.
Three hours pass and I was still waiting, I received no email with a new delivery time. I recontacted UKmail/DHL again just to confirm it was getting delivered that day still, and was informed it was already back at the depo and would need to be delivered the next day, I informed them that I was busy on the 15th hence the reason I picked the 14th. The young man on the phone assured me he'd put it on a special delivery that would reach me by 10:30am!!!! I quote "leave it with me, I'll sort it out" I was assured I'd get a confirmation email when it left the depo with a definite time of delivery before 10:30am.
It is now 9:30am I was getting a little worried as there's only an hour left and I still haven't received an email to confirm the delivery it has left the depo and was being delivered by 10:30am, so once again I phoned up UKmail/DHL and was greeted by an automated voice informing me that my parcel will be delivered by 18:00 today! I was unable to talk to an advisor, for some reason unlike the day before, it was the automated voice only???? So now I have had to cancel my plans. Thank you UKmail/DHL.

Where is my package,I can't trace or see anything of my order. I get this message about Trustpilot but I did not received anything of my order. How this is possible,if I paid for delivery?

Missed twice the delivery no calling…

Missed twice the delivery no calling card left or anything suggests delivery has been attempted
online. I asked for redelivery to local DHL collection point, again no delivery and online tracking is showing item delivered
there is a lot of conflicts with their online system and delivery drivers
will never use them again and will not recommend either

Basically im in work and asking my…

Basically im in work and asking my neighbours to pick up my parcel
Driver come and he didn't bother to ring on intercom to any neighbours
Try contacting with uk mail and service is bad put my shipping nr and they don't recognise
Try contact directly to explaining situation but cant do that
Just have a world with your driver some of them they p..s taker

Where is my parcel. Why did your delivery driver deliver my parcel to someone else when my address is clearly on the parcel. Are you hiring blind drivers to deliver parcels?
