48hr delivery took 14 days to arrive

I ordered a replacement mobility scooter battery through the eBay store on January 5 which has to be sent on a 48 hour courier. It eventually turned up on January 19 and then at my cost I had to send it back for a refund as my father couldn’t wait that long and had to buy a whole complete brand-new scooter, decent communication but very frustrating and even once the order was cancelled it’s still arrived and I had to pay the £25 tracked delivery to be sent back for a refund.

My nan is over the moon with her new rise and recline chair and her additional walking stick that was thrown in for free as good will gesture that was completely unexpected

Walking Aid order cancelled without reason...

I placed an order for a Height Adjustable Can Walking Aid for the UK Mobility Store on a two day delivery for my father leaving hospital. After two days I contacted the company for an update and was told i would be called back. The next day i received an order cancelled email with no explanation. Extremely poor service and a massive let down as i now need to source a walking aid urgently as my father is due out of hospital today. NOT IMPRESSED....

Great company! They always have exactly what I am after and the quality of their products are superb. Not only that, their after care is brilliant particularly Lloyd. Far better than any other mobility shop I have previously used I must add. A credit to the mobility world and I will continue to use them for any of my & my families future needs !

Scammed scooter batterry sent didn't…

Scammed scooter batterry sent didn't work. Returned the item tracked it to the door..when refund finally processed they took what they claimed was a "small fee"for postage from the price of the item the item was 199 pounds the returned amount was 129.99. They profited as no courier charges 70 pounds to collect an item.

Scammers!!! Deducted 70 pounds as my mum returned the item???!??

Company uses a sophisticated scam via amazon storefront. They sold my mother a battery for a scooter that didnt work. Item was returned as they sent a courier they chat through seller messages. Then they didnt process the refund in full they took 30 percent of the item cost as postage charge!! Upon reading the reviews im not the only person who has had this dome to them.

they know that batteries are declaired as non returnable therefore isnt covered under amazons refund guarantee as there is no option for the advisors to refund you when you call.

You cannot challenge this decision via amazon and the seller ukmobilitystore ends up with the item back and the 70 pounds as profit for them to repeat this scam to another vulnerable person.

Profiting from the vulnerable avoid at all costs!

*Update seller received the item back then charged me 70 pounds from my refund for the return as part of their policy! 70 pounds profit from a disabled person and they have the item back to sell to some other poor vulnerable person.

upon reading amazon store reviews it seems they enjoy scamming people. they register the items as non returnable so that people cannot get a refund under amazons A-Z guarantee. They have scammed many people i wish i had read the reviews first.

Purchased a battery for my scooter on amazon via their 3rd party shop. the item did not work it when plugged in became very hot and tripped my electrics cheap Chinese product. Amazon informed me i will get a FULL refund and they HAD to arrange for the item to be collected free of charge. i was informed the collection would be the next day i had a friend take the day off work as i am bed bound and could not get to the door currently as i have had emergency surgery. The item was not collected upon messaging to ask what happened they said wait longer which i did they also added i will be not getting a full refund if they get the item back and they get it working and they will be taking a FEE from my refund. they did not state how much when i reminded them amazon said they cannot do this they said they would be regardless. they now have the item back and are not processing any refund at all nor responding to amazons advisors messages meaning i now have to wait 48 hours to open an a to z claim, the company have also not informed me if they have removed this ridiculous fee. so the seller get the item back and sell for full price to someone else and then keep a fee as profit?? how many vulnerable customers have paid this fee without challenging them?? profiting from the vulnerable and disabled is despicable.

Buyers, beware!

Photo of person using a hoist is NOT of what they ship. PLUS They claim to be out of stock while still showing in stock (showed 3 in stock when I ordered 8:20 am yesterday, still showing 2 in stock today; they claim they shipped 14 to a care home yesterday morning; I say nonsense).

WORSE: They said they have refunded me BUT HAVE NOT.

WORSE: They are now harrassing me via my sales listings on the likes of eBay

WORSE: They know I have MND (as you declare your illness when you order to get a VAT free figure), yet they treat me and others like this. It shows they have no sympathy, empathy, professionalism or consideration. I would never ever have bought from people like this if I knew.

I’ve used this company 3 times now

I’ve shopped around a fair bit to find the right aid for my disability and found the UK mobility store to be more than fair on price.
