I ordered 10 boxes sized 300×300×80 mm and paid over £10 + VAT per box, expecting a premium product for the price. Unfortunately, the boxes arrived poorly cut and uneven, with edges that don’t align properly. For what I paid, I expected much better quality control.

I later found that several other UK suppliers offer the same size and grade boxes (BC flute, double wall) for around £2–£3 each, so these were significantly overpriced.

What’s more concerning is that UK Packaging sent an email saying “Submit a review and let us know by emailing the review to ukpackaging.com and receive a £10 Discount Code.”
Offering financial rewards for reviews breaches Trustpilot’s rules and UK advertising regulations, as reviews must be impartial and uninfluenced by incentives.

I won’t be ordering again and recommend checking other suppliers before purchasing here.

Incompetent delivery so far, not great when you need boxes on time.

After being unable to source tape from our usual supplier we took a gamble on UK Packaging. Since, we have been impressed with their competitive pricing as well as being speedy and efficient.

I bought the Single Wall Cardboard Box - 610x457x457mm - (24x18x18in) - 20/Pack.

The quality is not good enough. The cardboard is really weak and flimsy. I would not recommend if you are posting anything that is slightly heavy.

Fast, efficient and helpful customer service. This is exactly what I look for in a supplier for our business.

A good quality, sustainable product; accurately described and despatched promptly. Simple to order online and value for money.

Easy and quick delivery, had samples delivered previously which was very useful and helped me decide what kind of envelope to order larger quantity

i paid for next day on the thursday only to find out after i had paid that i missed deadline and wouldnt be delivered till the monday when i needed for a job on the friday

This was my first time using UKPackaging.com and I expect it won't be the last. Although there was a delay in receiving my goods, they responded very quickly to my inquiry about the delay and I received my goods the next day. I was pleased with my purchase, it arrived in good condition and the product is of good quality.

I'm sure the PIP boxes this time are a lesser quality or have been stored in a damp environment. Also they where badly packed as always I would say 10% of the items where damaged Again. Send me an email to resolve this! Simon at prestigegold.uk
