Easy online page to order all your pet supplies. I find that their prices are really good and if the goods are not in stock they are despatched as soon as they come in.

I only purchased 25kg of split peanuts, as a posible start to my dealings with this Company. The product delivered looks to be good quality and as ordered.
The product was delivered by Pacel Force, who is always my preferred delivery company, as when there is no-one at home, they use their common sense and if necessay take the package to the nearest Post Office Depot, which is just the other side of Tring from where I live. When items are transported by City Link, they take packages back to their Depot in Bicester, which is miles away. The service of re-delivery by City Link is also very poor.
I will be happy to buy from UKPetSupplies in future, based on this experience.

The delivery was the following day, as pre-arranged.
The colour of the Altea Scratching Tower was suppose to be grey,but on unpacking it was beige/brown.
So there was a mishap,but luckily it still suited my home decoration and there was no reason to make a change.However II think that you should make sure it does not happen as the colour could make a big difference.In my case it still went alright.
So all in all it was a super purchase, and MiMi and I are very happy with your service and will come back to you.

Ordered some lights and food. The site didn't mention that the lights weren't in stock but they emailed after I placed the order and they got them to me a couple of days later. The prices were fair.

The item was despatched quickly and arrived in tip-top condition. It was exactly as described and I am delighted that my two moggies are using the scartching post regularly every day and therefore my new carpets are entact, thus far!!

As above, ordered as I had no bulbs left in my fish tank - ended up having to go out to buy from a local fish shop - will be returning items when they finally arrive!

I was looking around the internet for a trusted online shop where I could purchase items for my aquarium. These guys came to my attention through their good prices and easy to use website. I got straight to the area I want, added everything to the basket and paid within minutes.

There was a problem with my order, an item I had selected (a plant) had been discontinued. They emailed me straight away saying the money for it had been refunded and that my package was now on its way. Fantastic communication and great customer service. Will definitely be using them in the future. I don't do reviews often, but this time I am.

Purchased Rotastak hamster cage from this website after extensive internet research - UKPetSupplies offered competitive prices and postage and their reviews indicated good customer services. Upon delivery of cage, there were two small items missing from the box. I contacted customer services by email, they responded (and apologised) within a couple of hours and replacement items were posted (and arrived) within a couple of days. Would definately recommend.
