Disappointed
Ordered on the 5th December and was still waiting for parcel to arrive on 19th December, when I was then offered a refund. Unfortunately it is now too late to order with another company, so my daughter will not have her Christmas gift.

NOT IMPRESSED REALLY!
I bought a chinchilla cage for £54.99, when it arrived it was self assemble which is fine but the metal was warped which in turn made it very dificult to put together, it also seems quite flimsy, I haven't put the chinchillas in it yet so I hope it is strong enough to keep them from escaping!!
I also bought some dog toys and chinchilla treats, they were fine and I was pleased with them

There is a good selection of pet products at good prices. I do think the postage is quite expensive especially if you are just buying one item.

Good Value for Money
UK Pet Supplies have a wide range of products at good prices. Sometimes Parcelnet let them down in the delivery department but this is not UKPS's fault. Their staff are helpful and friendly and I plan to use them for all my Hamster supplies in future :)
