Purchased goods but when delivered half of the goods were damaged, then was told no more in stock and settled with a part refund for the damaged ones.

Wafcol is really great for my 3 year old yellow lab, Louis. He was diagnosed with IBD 2 years ago and the vet recommended Wafcol Salmon and Potato. Ive used UK Pet Supplies more than once and have never been disapointed. By far the cheapest store online for the Aquarium items i need and very efficient delivery. Ill definetly be back.

My only comment is that it had taken me a while to find what I wanted because most of the items on display were the new ones. My cats drinking fountain is the old version but the delivery was excellent, I received the order before the stated date.

I really think you should try this company. The service was fantastic. We could check the status of our order but we didn't really need to. The goods arrived exactly when they said they would. Superb service from both company & carrier

The food I get for my rabbits is the cheapest around and the best quality. Delivery is exceptionally fast.
