Very quick delivery at a competitive price. Unfortunately first delivery was damaged in transit however customer service in sorting this out was excellent. Replacement received next day.
Would definitely use this company again.

I placed an order online and within a day the items arrived and were packaged very well. Also I find the prices of items very reasonable.

I have bookmarked this site and will certainly use it for any pet supplies.

When I ordered from UKPetSupplies I had read numerous bad reviews about them but then, there are bad reviews about all shops on-line or off-line. Even still I decided to chance it. Why? Because I had read a number of good reviews about it as well. Armed with a debit card and a bank that refunds me if a transaction goes wrong I went ahead and ordered four bags of vitalin.

The delivery charge was appropriate and the price of the item itself was outstanding compared to many other stores. Including delivery charge UKPetSupplies came out as the cheapest supplier.

While I haven't had the pleasure of their customer service, I haven't needed them (which to me is a good sign), the delivery arrived on time and without hassle. They use a reasonable courier company as well who are also friendly. A double plus.

Clearly a company who thinks about their customers. I noticed that they dispatched the next working day and I also noticed that there were no problems with my payment (like there ever is ;D)). The items were exactly as described (not sure where you can go wrong with four sacks of vitalin...) and I'll definitely be shopping there for my next order for my dog as well.

Very easy transaction and great service

Paid for next day delivery and item never came next day. As the day after was a Sunday I did not receive my item until the Monday. When putting this item together I noticed that a very important piece was broken.
not entirely impressed.

Would thoroughly recommend UKPetSupplies. Good range of products at a good price. Delivery was as promised.

The dog lead I bought was much cheaper than the same product offered on other web sites, so was the P+P. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday.

I have ordered now about 4 times off uk pet supplies and I have been pleased with the service provided. And my orders have always been correct.

I've ordered from ukpetsupplies twice and both times my orders were delivered within 2 days and everything was in order. I found their prices were very good compared to other websites. I would recomend to anyone and will be using them again.

What I really like about this company is that my order always arrives very quickly and the couriers are always pleasant.

I bought 2 beanbag beds for my jack russells and was amazed how quickly they took to them ! The bags are well made and well filled. The price was good and I would recommend your company Especially to anyone living outside the uk-- I live in France and within 3days the goods arrived!! Well done!!!!!

The order I placed was dispached very quickly, I ordered Friday and recived the parcel on Monday. It was a large order and as they didn't have everything on hand straight away they phoned and suggested alternatives.
