If you are looking to locate someone then go find another company do not waste your money on this one. Rude, aggressive and threatening. I put my daughters phone number by autofill accident and she later showed me the messages which were shocking at the least and scary for her as she didn't have a clue why she was being threatened with court if she didn't give them £120. After payment was made they supplied an address for a retirement home.......... for a 39 year old. Complete waste of money having found out that he was on the run after escaping from prison so didn't have an address. Laughable really what a joke this company is. Avoid them give your money to a company who can actually do what they charge you for.

BEFORE PAYMENT 'we find the person' AFTER PAYMENT 'it appears to be so'. Apparently, it is unprofessional to confirm if someone is alive if not seen. Ok, so what does the statement 'the person is found' suggest?? Only time will tell if the address is useful.
Very keen to tell you NO MORE INFORMATION found, imagine after being quite vulnerable in your initial query. LIKE PULLING STONE to get answers. If you decide to use them, ask every question under the sun as it relates to the 'report' and don't give up. It is not a free service.
still waiting for a question to be answered as they claimed an email address I was querying was not part of the trace spec when it was. they latched on to the fact that I asked if the email address was fake. NOT INTERESTED IN THAT. Why did you say the email address wasn't part of the spec when it was? You haven't completed your search. What date was the earliest live hit on the address? respond to my email.

08/04/2021 FURTHER EDIT** they have now sent an email and suggested that I wrote a review AFTER they had answered all of my questions. and AFTER they had explained the difference between two services offered. FALSE. At the point of writing the review there were outstanding questions left unanswered. I also felt the need to relay my cold experience with them.

This email chain clearly shows exactly what we quoted and what you asked us to do. It is also very clear to see that we duly provided exactly what you asked for and for which we agreed and quoted, within the timescales quoted. We also answered every one of the seven emails you sent us within 2 hrs. As you have decided to post this, quite frankly malicious, unfounded and somewhat defamatory post, we have had no alternative other than to defend our business by explicitly responded via Trustpilot.
During another conversation with you, we advised that the only way to absolutely confirm her living status, was to place her or her address under surveillance. We provide you with a fee quote for this work and you chose the less expensive address trace option. We duly advised you of exactly what would or could e included in the report. At no stage did we agree to reverse trace or check email addresses. Despite this, we actually did so for free and sent you the details of those checks.
I am not sure what else we could have done for you. You seemed to want more than we quoted for and more than we agreed to provide you before we took your case. I am sorry that you felt the need to be malicious but we did everything we said we would do and everything you asked us to do within the fee that we quoted.
