Ordered 3 Scotland football shirts for shipping to US on 7th June and paid $50 extra for fast delivery - it is now 20th June and nothing has arrived and no correspondence to explain why. If they email me back at least I will remove this comment. Order no 1997060

Shirt is great, I like the design. The one problem is that the Switzerland logo isn't the proper SFV/ASF one and should appear somewhere within the white cross design. Apart from that, I love it, I found the sizing options a bit confusing though.
The delivery took far too long, not blaming you, I think that would be down to our sub standard postal service provided by Royal Fail

Seem like I have been ripped off by the next day delivery option as others before me paid for DHL got an email royal snail mail had it duff tracking order as well to track it. Paid through PayPal so will be starting a claim over this repetitive issue no doubt I will not be the last BEWARE.

Despite 6 emails during the whole week chasing there was only reply asking for a transaction ID then nothing after that.

Avoid, likely a scam.

Received a message after spending £155 on a football shirt to say my transaction had been flagged as possible fraud, wanting me to reply with information about how the transaction appeared on my statement. Zero communications thereafter and no option to cancel the order. I’m pursuing a fraud case with the bank.

Still not received my order 2 weeks later !

I bought a Hull City shirt two weeks ago and I haven't received it.After complaining last week I did get a reply saying there was a backlog.I don't hold much hope of it arriving though.I would avoid this company.They have stopped answering any calls,and I was surprised I got a reply by email.

I used this website to buy my friend a Liverpool short sleeve warm up kit for this season. Not only did it only cost 60 quid but it is real and a very good shirt. I would strongly reccommend this site me no to be put off by the layout, as it seems dodgy at first.

Paid for next day delivery. arrived 6 working days later. Customer service response was poor. Delivery options should only be available for what they can actually fulfil and not ask you to refer to their delivery FAQ’s. Have asked for a delivery refund twice now and no response. Reading some of the other comments am thankful I actually got my shirt. Item was as described. Still no refund on my delivery charge. Avoid

Ordered a kit and paid 1-2 business days delivery. It’s been 12 days still waiting. I have tried emailing asking for update no response I emailed again asking to cancel and to refund and still no response. I will not order again from this company again and advise nobody else to order from this site also

Shirt arrived very quickly and was excellent quality

Awful service. After paying next day delivery of £8.95 they didn’t honour it or clearly even read the order as it took 4 days so missed the occasion it was for. Disappointing for a childs birthday. I tried to communicate but when a response came it was avoiding the question asked and unhelpful. I was not refunded for my next day delivery and still had to pay a further £7.30 to return the item which late!!! . They avoided all attempts to query this and still are. Why should a customer be out £16.25 on postage for something that was never sent on time as per order and they ignore the situation. Frustrating and awful communication and service.. weeks of an unsorted issue

Positive experience as I found the jersey I was looking for with a reasonable prices. There were also fantastic offers and deals to grab

I placed my order I haven’t received it I have emailed them several times but had no reply I paid £250 for 2 shirts their phone number doesn’t work and they are not responding to my emails

Ordered a top not too long ago was meant to come with personalisation on it, however when the top arrived there was nothing on the top, I contacted the company about the best way to do it and they said if I could get a 3rd party to do this they would give me a partial refund, we agreed this and I have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now and nothing as a response. I will keep updated about what happens

Misleading Listings.

I purchased a specific Ronaldinho Jersey as a birthday gift which had in its photos premium details and markings that were not present in the jersey I was sent.

Instead the shirt I was sent had the cheaper feel and the generic printing of a custom made shirt without the unique FC barcelona markings advertised. In returning this item I was told they wouldn't accept any items I had personalised despite me not doing so as there were two separate links on the site, one for the premium shirt and another for custom printing.

In addition ordered an item to my basket which was made out to be in stock only to find out out it wasn't with no foreseeable restock date which they also refused to refund me for. I am extremely disappointed and will defintely never purchase from there again as I would not have been able to this mistake if it were an actual high street store. The website needs an overhaul in how they list items as many post are deceiving and they refuse to help you despite such an expensive purchase.
