The review summary are too misleading because giving wrong information!

Before a month I bought shirt for my son but until now I don't have it and you cannot contact any of them!

Avoid uksoccershop by any mean will be my advice!

Double the price for kits, ordered for next day delivery. Didn't arrive and when queried, was told they were awaiting supply. Total ewaste of time, why was is sold as in stock and fast order when it clearly wasn't available?

They did refund so there's that, but over sold and under delivered.

The way the team keeps me updated on the item progress.

Ordered in May, still no delivery or refund. Painful process and no communication but they keep my money regardless. Feels like a complete scammer shop so far. Beware

No shirt, no conmunication possible and no refund. Four weeks and 12 emailS later still nothing. SCAM.

Great quality product with good communication right up to delivery.

The ordering process was simple and the product received was first class both in quality and my personalisation

I placed an order on Monday 8 June online. I then sent an email on 9 June to cancel the order because i had found a different supplier. I had to email because there is no supported phone service.
The money was charged to my account immediately.
I received no response to my email seeking to cancel the order and then sent a further four email all without receiving a response.
The goods that I cancelled were supposed to be with me in 10 business days at the longest. It is now day 11 and I have not been refunded the money from my account, i have not received any response to my emails and I have not received the goods (which I now dont want).

This website is a total scam. You are 100% unable to cancel an order, make contact with anyone, use their customer service functionality etc..
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I paid for express delivery a week ago, now it's too late for this gift, so I need to cancel my order and I've tried emailing them more than 10 times for a response. NOTHING.

The only option left will be raising with bank. So tiring.

I'm absolutely delighted with my Scotland retro football top, including the personalised print on the back.

I placed my order on Sunday 14 June and it arrived on Tuesday 16 June, which was much quicker than I expected. Throughout the process, I received regular updates letting me know exactly what stage my order was at, which I really appreciated and gave me confidence that everything was on track.

The quality of the top is fantastic, and I'm really pleased with how the personalised print turned out.

Came within a week, during world cup, with personalisation. Excellent job. Great to get official stuff too

I ordered these for my fruends sons. They sent them out immediately and were in their hands two days later. Excellent service I woukd use agai

NEVER USE THIS RETAILER.
I have sent 3 emails and No Response as I wanted to change my order, called a phone number that doesn’t work and is Out of service.
Paid for Express delivery and it’s 5 days late, yet to arrive so defeats the purpose of me wanting a express delivery.

Ordered 3 Scotland football shirts for shipping to US on 7th June and paid $50 extra for fast delivery - it is now 20th June and nothing has arrived and no correspondence to explain why. If they email me back at least I will remove this comment. Order no 1997060

Shirt is great, I like the design. The one problem is that the Switzerland logo isn't the proper SFV/ASF one and should appear somewhere within the white cross design. Apart from that, I love it, I found the sizing options a bit confusing though.
The delivery took far too long, not blaming you, I think that would be down to our sub standard postal service provided by Royal Fail

Seem like I have been ripped off by the next day delivery option as others before me paid for DHL got an email royal snail mail had it duff tracking order as well to track it. Paid through PayPal so will be starting a claim over this repetitive issue no doubt I will not be the last BEWARE.
