Purchased a football shirt with name and number on the back. Was told shipping would be 5-8 buisness days, when I emailed asking where my order was I was told it wasnt even sent yet even though it had said "in transit" for a week. It ended being over ten business days and arrived with no printing on the back. Terrible service will not use again!

I have got the Airo Portugal jersey with Diogo Jota name on the back. The letters started to come off before first wash. I paid around €75 with delivery. It's a proper scam. I'll definitely stay away and never shop again here.

Happy that my email to get the name changed on the England shirt was actioned asap when received. Quality for child’s England kit amazing. Very happy with purchase. Worth paying almost double from other sites as the smaller sizes were not available. So cute, looking forward to seeing grandson in it.

Do not waste your time with this lot. Bought a top and paid for delivery, a week later, still nothing so I emailed to ask where it was and they didnt even know when it would be shipped. I requested my money back and they said id have within 3-5 day. Here we are 3 weeks later and still no refund. Absolute scam! AVOID!

This is a scam. Do not buy. No shirt was delivered and repeated emails trying to get more information from me. Reporting to the police.

Total Scam, no way of communicating with the company. Please do not use this company. My kids still hasn't received 3 kits i ordered. Italy, real Madrid and Man city. So sad to see your kids upset when a present doesn't turn up for their bday.

I have made a dispute with Halifax and they have credited my account temporarily whilst they deal with the enquiry

The order came on time and the quality of the football shirts I purchased was great.

Buying something online requires trust as we all have plenty of options from which to buy our goods.
I only ordered something from UKSoccershop as stated delivery time was 2-5 days and I needed the item in that time frame. Other vendors had 2+ week delivery times. Sadly my item arrived after exactly 2 weeks. I am therefore returning it as I no longer need it. I feel let down and misled by UKSoccershop. I could have bought the item at a physical shop or chosen another online vendor (at a higher price) had I known delivery time was going to be 2 weeks.
Buyers: beware, don't believe delivery times on this website.
UKSoccershop: please be honest with your customers and if/when you miss a delivery window, do your best to compensate the buyer, not as you have done with me by telling me I was wrong.

They advertise as "next day delivery".
Mine took 9 days to arrive - missing the birthday that it was intended for.

There was NO communication from them, even after numerous emails to them.
I asked for a refund. No response from them

I wish I'd read the Reddit reviews about them being scammers and having no stock and just buying from elsewhere, whenever they get an order.

I placed an order on June 17th and paid the $48 for 1-2 day delivery. I order a women's medium and then 10 minutes later sent an inquiry email to change to a large. Just got it today(June 24)...7 days later but I get it coming from the UK to US. I ordered a Portugal #3 Pepe Jersey looks great on the back but them a small #3 on the front which looks horrible and it doesnt show that in the picture. No way it will fit my daughter and I am NOT happy after spending $250...sent them another inquiry email but I am sure I wont hear back.

I’m surprised they have any positive reviews. I ordered a shirt, claims most are available for next day delivery and that ALL orders are tracked.

Paid the premium for next day delivery…
A week later, it’s supposedly still “in transit” but no tracking number or details. No update on the progress, no reply from their “customer services”

I will be raising this as a fraudulent company and also will be getting a refund via my card issuer.

I would strongly advise others who have had the same experience to also report them.

Additionally, to 100% certify it is a scam, they now have a disclaimer saying due to demand they are no longer operating a phone contact option. So you can only contact them via email, which they don’t respond to.

The review summary are too misleading because giving wrong information!

Before a month I bought shirt for my son but until now I don't have it and you cannot contact any of them!

Avoid uksoccershop by any mean will be my advice!

Double the price for kits, ordered for next day delivery. Didn't arrive and when queried, was told they were awaiting supply. Total ewaste of time, why was is sold as in stock and fast order when it clearly wasn't available?

They did refund so there's that, but over sold and under delivered.
