Joke of a company- DO NOT USE
I almost spent £400 on thier website, but luckily I only ordered 2 Shirts- overpriced but as they offered next day delivery and was 'in stock' I went with this, as i wanted the tops for presents for a New born baby with here name and 26 on the back in time for the quarter final, I told others not to worry as I had ordered one.
I emailed them making sure they would send next day, but no reply, but thought they must be busy, so decided to go ahead and order another.
After a day had passed and no reply or update I was getting concerned and low and behold they never arrived in time, I thought, they must come in time for the Semis. many emails later, not 1 reply, the second shirt I ordered finally arrived, I haven't checked it, but my distrust with this company, I will be checking it thoroughly in case it is a fake, which would not surprise me.

No emails or updates regarding the other shirt, too late to order from Sports direct.

My advice:
Do not use,
Order from else where-
Ignore thier next day- as this is not going to happen
Go to a proper company

Order not sent

Still no kit. Ordered before the World Cup 9th June today is 14th July. The World Cup finishes Sunday. No order recieved. No refund. Takes a week for an email back

Avoid if you value quality and customer…

Avoid if you value quality and customer service. Our charity football kit order arrived with every shirt printed with the same number, despite providing a list of individual numbers. We also discovered that the sizing was incorrect across the order. The lack of quality control is unacceptable for a specialist football kit supplier. Even more disappointing was the lack of communication when we reported the issues. These errors put a charity event at risk and created unnecessary stress for everyone involved. Very poor experience.

Rubbish service

Adding to my first review - the Arsenal birthday card finally arrived - a week too late. It was in a clothing plastic bag, no cardboard to protect it and was battered and bent. I reiterate - do not use this company.

Took a while but super happy

So the order took fairly quick to ship and included multiple shirts, including a printed one. However, it got stuck for like 2 months at postnl center until I reached out to open an investigation for it. They were very helpful with it and the package started getting more updates finally just a few days after the investigation started.
From there shipping times were as expected and it has arrived safely and was packed well.
The shirts were all good and the printing was perfect
Would order again

Brazil shirt with printing…

Received my Brazil shirt with printing on the back.
Wore the shirt on the same day, then noticed that one of the letters of the name had lifted.
Tried to iron it back down but didn’t work. I then removed all of the other letters and numbers from the shirt.
They are not printed but glued to the shirt with really weak adhesive.
Not impressed and won’t be buying any items from them in future!🤨

Bought two jerseys for the Rwanda…

Bought two jerseys for the Rwanda national team and one zipper blouse. I’ve travelled 103 countries, and though I’ve seen many simple copy jerseys on markets in exotic countries, this was beyond belief bad. I took all three items straight to the bin. Will warn strongly against purchasing any items from this vendor.

Danger - do not order from this company

Placed an order for next day delivery

It did not arrive

Sent an email to query delivery - got a vague response with no details of my order

I allowed 1 week to pass before emailing again (still no item arrived)

I sent 2/3 emails since and have requested a refund - had no response to date

They have taken the money and done a runner

The website ‘enquiry’ doesn’t work and they also don’t pick up the phone / phone number is fake

Do not use this company!!

Bought a top for the world cup and…

Bought a top for the world cup and requested next day delivery - then see online that it may take up to 6 weeks for them to deliver it - try to cancel the order several times and they dont respond - the strips are then received weeks later and they then dont respond to any returns requests. Absolute joke of a company - Do not use!!

Took weeks for my item to arrive and no print

Took weeks for my item to arrive, very poor communication. By the time the jersey arrived the team had already been knocked out of the World Cup. Worst thing is, despite paying a fair bit extra for print on the back, the jersey had no print. Tried instigating a return almost a week ago but still no response. Avoid this BS

Anyone can help me on how to liaise…

Anyone can help me on how to liaise with the staff directly? My credit card was charged but I did not receive any order confirmation from the store. I have been emailing them the usual way and their website but no response.. My panic attack is to the max as it was few hundred dollars being charged to my card and the Bank can't help too

Easy to use website. I was eligible for a student discount and best thing was how quickly my item was despatched and delivered. Quality seems good, size slightly smaller than I expected but that might be my misreading of a medium. It’s a gift so will find out if it fits tomorrow!

Some of the worst service I've ever experienced - misleading stock and non-existent customer service!

Steer well clear. Spend your money with a business that provides at least some level of customer service and clarity. I'm not surprised there are so many 1 star reviews...

I can't quite get my head around why a company would advertise lots and lots of product that it doesn't have in stock or is unable to source. The website is extremely misleading, however legit it looks, and the Trust Pilot reviews reflect the frustration of customers. It's very disappointing. Save your time and money.

It's also totally baffling following the process this business has in place when taking/processing/rejecting orders.

I placed an order and paid the money, then an hour later I receive an automated looking email from a 'Matthew' asking why I cancelled the order (very confusing). A partial refund then followed. The price of the shirts was returned to me but the company for some reason kept the £6.85 I paid for postage.

I sent emails their way asking for clarity re: the refund and then another automated email came in asking for feedback on my order. Another email then sent to them asking what was going on and requesting that the missing part of the refund comes back to me.

Later that evening another automated looking email comes in from 'Simon' informing me the order had been rejected (basically they allow you to order items which they do not stock and have no way of even sourcing!). This email also mentions a refund, however it's not clear whether this is referencing the partial refund already sent, or is this saying in a few working days I will be refunded the missing postage costs?! Another email sent back asking for clarity. Still no reply to any of my emails.

You also no longer have the ability to call them, assumingly because of all the disgruntled customers leaving 1 star reviews each day and they are so incompetent it's easier to just ignore you. These guys need to be on Watchdog.

In the end I escalated the matter with my bank and within 2 days the missing refund had returned to my account. Shock

Poor communication

I placed my order on 13th June and after waiting two weeks for delivery I emailed the company. The customer service wasn't very helpful all they said was that it was on the way. The tracking option on their site doesn't work so was left in limbo. I finally recieved my order on the 7th July. Communication needs to improve and the tools on their website i.e tracking need to be working, overall a frustrating experience.
