Goods as described - an Olympic bar at a good price. Very happy with purchase

Really pleased with item and its description.

Ive not had any contact with the company so cannot comment on service. The items (several boxes) arrived in good time I knew it would be a flat pack nightmare but OMG 10 hours to build including a trip to tool station to get a 16mm drill bit to make the metal grommets fit the breast exerciser Bolt connections. I'm in my fifties and have a lot of experience in building and am mechanically minded and I struggled, the instructions are not to bad then leave you short at the end leaving you to work it out yourself. The only items marked are the boys and bolts and that's done badly in the instructions a grommet is listed as a punch pad? None of the components are marked with numbers or letters to say what they are you just have to try and work it out from drawings in the poor instructions at least Ikea label their parts and some of their stuff can be testing!
Once constructed it's a fairly good bit of kit for the money and it got the thumbs up from my 17 year old son who tested it, so it will work properly if built correctly only time will tell if it has longevity, I think it will.
But trust me and be WARNED if you are not mechanically minded you WILL NOT be able to build this item!

Brilliant service and product as described

Only criticism that I have with this company is very slow response times when dealing with queries by email. However they were generally very helpful and courteous while sorting out an issue with delivery of my goods which arrived eventually in good condition.

Service shocking on line promised I could request a deliver date then couldn’t then no warning that delivery was coming until morning of delivery had to re arrange had hope that it comes on Friday

do not use this company. I bought and paid for a trampoline in March and there are so many missing parts the trampoline is utterly useless. Over 6 months later and despite repeated promised my parts have still not arrived. I have also asked for a refund and this has not been forthcoming. Appalling customer service. beware!

Only use the trolley once but seems really good made a round of golf a lot easier wheel covers weren’t delivered but once the shortage was advised the supplier sent direct and arrived within a few days great service thank you

It came day late but 48hr bit bad good multi gym

It has taken 6 months to sort out the problem in spite of the current problems this is excessive!

This is now the 7th email sent when all I want to do is to return the faulty item? The order number #071027238. The item was a Hillman golf trolley which was purchased on the 9th and received on the 11th. The order went through my daughters account (Kaylee Morgan). Please just send the attachment so we can return the faulty item back to you. I’ve sent 7 individual emails and left 5 emails through you’re website! What more can we do? I refuse to believe this isn’t a scam as here we are 10 days after the purchase still trying to return the faulty golf trolley!! Absolutely shocking service!!!

The booking and delivery was perfect. However the product design leaves plenty of room for improvement. The final chapter of assembly instructions is missing and we had to guess it. The arm curl weights become activated only in the final 25% of movement and jerk back. While doing the overhead weights, the arm bars come in the way. There’s reasonable rocking while doing pull ups. Was looking forward to installing it before delivery but now want to return it. There are definite design issues in my opinion, I am afraid.

Delivery was quick & putting it together was so simple instructions were great, my husband is very happy with his multi gym.
