Advice*- they should use google ads keyword search as they came up on about page 3.

I ordered 4 long drive pins for a Hillman caddy car 2 months ago and I have received nothing.

No bolts were included in my order. I was promised them and they have still not arrived

SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT. SUBSTANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Persuaded by their website promises of high quality and excellent quality service, we purchased a 6ft slate bed Walker and Simpson pool table last Christmas FOR £700. We were assured instructions would be included and arranged to construct it ourselves as Father Christmas present. The instructions weren't worth the paper they were written on. We managed with much difficulty to construct it which was not straight forward. Several weeks after Christmas we contacted UK Sports to advised the balls were not rolling away, the table had been virtually impossible to construct and the felt was bobbling. We were told bobbling felt is entirely normal and that we could pay a further £150 to have someone come out and fix the construction. We paid that extra money, the table was never adequately fixed and the balls have never rolled away properly. Indeed, it is held together underneath with extra nails all over - unprofessional look and a total botch job.

During Lockdown, the heads of the pool cues have one by one fallen off. The felt has never stopped bobbling and by the summer, the plastic coating started to peel away from the body of the table. Having come up for air since the children went back to school, I contacted UK Sports to advise them of the journey we had experienced with their product since we bought it and offering them an opportunity to apologise, inspect their product or make some suggestions about how they could rectify the position. There immediate response: defensive, critical of the timing of our reporting, challenging our integrity and quoting legal rights. I was so shocked at the tone of the Customer Service, I assumed this was the fault of the individual employee I was unfortunate enough to be dealing with. I asked to be called by someone else and I received a further curt email saying 10 months was too late, the warranty would not help and they intended to do nothing more about this issue. There seems to be no other way of contacting this company. We will put this down to a bad (& expensive) experience and all that is left for us is to warn other unsuspecting customers to shop elsewhere.

Driver even delivered it to my garage and off loaded very impressed.

Update.... thankfully received my full refund yesterday. Still £45 poorer for returning a faulty golf cart but just relieved that we got the £279 for the golf cart back. Never again however. They are now accepting phone calls again to the customer service dept

AVOID THESE FRAUDSTERS BY ALL MEANS!!!
We have purchased the tennis table from them. It arrived in two boxes with different parts from two different tennis tables. Ended up chasing them for two weeks to come and collect their own mess that they have delivered. They have collected the parts and promised the full refund, which has never materialised. Will have to go through the bank and authorities to get our money back as not getting any response from their, absolutely useless customer service. Unacceptable! AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

I ordered the table top tennis table and had great hopes. It arrived in good time but the packaging was quite damaged and this reflected the condition of the table. This was returned and a second table speedily delivered but again in a damaged box which again reflected a damaged table. This time I asked for it to be collected and my money back. The company have since been disinterested. A week has now passed with no collection details contact. Three company replies during initial problems have been received all trading as uk sports imports so unsure as to who actual contract was with. No refund offered until table returned and inspected for damage prior to any company action!! The table itself was of high quality. The company appears to be of low quality so buyers beware. Other companies advertise same product at same price with a guaranteed delivery time so please look around. I will not trade with this company in future.

I am a bit disappointed with the quality, the surface doesn't look as though it will last, and the return mechanism doesn't work very well. For the money paid it is a bit disappointing.
