I bought a treadmill on Tuesday, it was delivered on Thursday! Put it together and everything is working well. I put it through it's paces and it's great. Very happy customer.

Took nearly a month but finally go correct instruction manual nad managed to fold the treadmill it took only 5 minutes for company to send so why did we have to wait for a month

Scammers. Stay away. Terrible service. Don't buy.

Terrible terrible terrible! Bought a treadmill at start of lockdown 1.0. It arrived and worked well for ten weeks, then broke suddenly. Contact centre was closed due to COVID, so had to contact company via email as product was still under warranty. Emails took a week to be replied to and were then just auto replies. When someone did get back with proper reply, I had to give info on what was wrong with treadmill. After waiting another two weeks or so for a reply to that, they wanted to arrange for collection of treadmill by courier, but they expected the treadmill to be broken down and back in original packaging for courier to transport. By this time, it was at least 4 or 5 months after delivery and who keeps the original packaging for that long? Especially a box big enough to transport a treadmill! Once I replied to them that I obviously no longer had the box and what else did they suggest, I never heard from them again. Ended up doing Section 75 claim with credit card to get money back, which I have only just received. Once I started experiencing issues, I looked up reviews on the company and my story was not unusual. Don’t usually leave bad reviews but my experience with this company was so shockingingly bad, leaving this in the hope that it saves someone else having to experience what I did. Look elsewhere for your sporting goods people!

I am still waiting for my refund of £299.95, after almost 2 weeks I sent the item back because it was faulty. I have sent loads of emails and got told from "we have requested your refund" to (a week latee) "we have now processed your refund, we overlooked your case". Apparently the only way I can get my money back now is to contact my bank. For those who are considering to buy from this "company", do yourself a favour and go look elsewhere. For those who have already placed an order, I wish you receive at least a working item, because dealing with their "customer service" is simply a joke. I will make sure also other customers are aware as this won't be the only platform I will post on.

We bought a treadmill beginning of January but it doesn’t fold down (bought it because it folds due to lack of space!). Emailed so many times for instructions. Have asked for refund as within my 14 day cancellation rights. No response!!! Will go to the courts as sick of companies hiding behind the pandemic so they don’t have to answer phones or help people who have paid good money for items that don’t work properly. I can see from this that it has happened to many other people too. DISGUSTING!!!

During this lockdown I was looking to get a rowing machine to use at home and because everything was sold out on internet I came across UK SPORT IMPORT and bought a rowing machine off them. Not gonna lie the reviews online made me panic and I thought they are just scam but honestly I am very impressed, I got my item next day and it was easy to setup, super smooth, effective and compact rowing machine. Absolutely worth the money, don’t let poor reviews fool you to think they are bad. I am so happy with my purchase, definitely will be buying more in future, thanks

I opened a call back in December the 13th, I was told they would send out replacement parts for my item. I was under the impression this would have been done before christmas, January roled around and no items.

I was told on the 4th January they did not send them before christmas and they would send them out now. Now 21st of JAN and no items as promised, worse no communication with me asking for an update on where the items are. I keep emailing and get no response and worse no goods. Absolute Joke of a company and customer service. STILL WAITING FOR GOODS OR RESPONSE FROM THEM!

Just read all the other reviews and check out Google reviews too....... everyone has the same story as me. Scammers selling broken/ un-usable goods.

I ordered a spin bike on the 11th Jan... they got back to me via email very quickly about buying it..... less so responsive when I contacted them to say it arrived 2 days later but a vital part was missing. It's the part that connects the saddle, so I now have a 90% built spin bike, minus a saddle stuck in my house completely unusable. Despite 3 emails over the last week, no response. It would seem I'm not alone reading the other reviews. Maybe I will get a response to this. Not impressed.

Purchased a spin bike on friday 8th, it arrived very quickly on the 12th, unpackaged and realised damaged - emailed immediately with photos asking for a reply and a replacement. No response and emailed multiple times the following day, emails all bounced back. Have involved credit card company now and will hopefully get money back - total scam having now read the reviews

Well pleased with the delivery and the item

Professional and prompt. Despite a slight issue with the original order, I am impressed with the speed and efficiency with which this company rectified the matter.

I have purchased a treadmill with the order no. 171030284. This arrived yesterday and the box did not present damage (from the outside) however the product inside had some of the protection material broken and a slight condensation on it, which I thought might have been due to the temperature in the van used for the delivery and the cold weather. I unboxed it as soon as it arrived. I plugged it in the socket but nothing happened. I also tried to push the buttons according to the (extremely poor) instructions multiple times with no results. I contacted the support immediately via their offical email address and through the online form on their website. After 24h I still haven't received a response on how to return the product and receive a full refund as this is within my rights. If I won't receive a reply back in the next 24 h either I will be forced to contact my bank and proceed with legal actions. So far extremely poor experience!

Disappointed you sent a treadmill that can't be used unless I buy a box to convert it to the treadmill 120voltage Nd normal voltage in our home 240 voltage.so it's costing £70 for a box .

Super fast delivery ordered 27th dec got it 31st dec drivers put in my house safely when unboxed all excellently packaged

Ordered trampoline for my sons birthday. Sent him to family the day before so we could surprise him on his return. On assembly discovered half the springs were missing. Also missing the full tool set eg nuts bolts screws. I must have emailed them at least 20 times to resolve this issue. Sent out replacement items which went missing in the post. Next delivery finally arrived with missing screws, although they couldn’t tell me which screws they were but thought it was worth £20 to buy my own. Difficult when not knowing which were short, they didn’t seem to know either. 2 months on the issue is finally resolved with a total compensation of £50 which I fought for. Will never purchase anything from this company again shocking customer services and they can’t even write in the queens English appalling grammar and spelling.

Item came on time and well packaged very pleased with service
