Ordered Sunday arrived Tuesday. Easy to assemble myself. Cant compare to other bikes but for price it seems ok and does the job. Only complaint is although you can raise handlebars they can't be manoeuvred round to suit style.
I'm 5ft 8.5 and saddle is at highest point and ok for me. Anyone taller the bike would be too small.
Computer cheap but will by candence. Using you tube spin classes which are great for this. Decent intro to spin on this bike at less than a 10th of peleton bike.

Response to questions about the treadmill very poor and didn't answer the questions adequately they have replied three times but seem to have given up maybe they have got the sale and don't need to do anything else

Online ordering was very good but unfortunately duplicate item was delivered. (2 items instead of 1). Had to arrange collection of 2nd item so caused some inconvenience. Still waiting collection of item from my home address. Good service otherwise. Thank you.

Great company, speedy communication and had my shiny new treadmill within 2 days of ordering! Can't beat that, especially in a lockdown! Treadmill itself is great, does everything I need it to so far. It's bloody heavy but once its in position it seems a solid piece of kit.

Fantastic machine and brilliant service. Very pleased.

It seems writing a review is the best method of provoking a response as emails clearly get overlooked!

I ordered an Iron Man Multi-use gym set and there many items missing.

6-days ago they said they have ordered the missing parts but I am perplexed as to how long they have even taken to arrive!

I am simply asking given the amount I have spent, £499, you just give me the missing items! I have listed wag down below 6-days ago what items are missing and Alex replied.

Everything was fine - delivered on time and quality

Great item didn't come next day delivery as stated had to email cpl of times to get tracking number. When machine came I had to rush home and help driver carry it to house. Did ask him if I was there to help how would he deliver it. His words I would have just flipped it over and over again 😳. Once got home and set it up found the silicone liquid tub had split all over the machine. Contacted company said will send more out still not received it.

I stupidly researched reviews after ordering my exercise bike and to be honest I was very worried as this company have a very bad review percentage.
However!! It just goes to show that you shouldn't allways take that much notice of other people's issues.
The bike was delivered within 3 days of being ordered and was in excellent condition with no damage or any issues.
I'm now looking at treadmills and will definatlly consider buying from this company.

Still waiting for my item to be dispatched 11 days after ordering , sent 2 emails and received no reply !!
I would just like a refund !!

Update:

I eventually got my final box, got sent to billing rather than delivery address, but got it in the end, and all the parts where there. Gym now put together and it works well, just wish this whole process wasnt as arduous as it was.

Cant recommend sports imports, at least at the moment as I can only assume they cant cope with covid situation.

Update end:

I ordered the iron man multi gym and received only 4 out of 5 boxes on delivery on jan 8th.

Obviously the email only situation isn't exactly working well, as I tend to get a response after around 4 to 5 days. This is making the situation incredibly slow.

Last week they replied asking as to which box is missing, which is an issue as on delivery not all of the boxes still had box numbers on them. I emailed the part numbers that are missing, so obviously a quick look in a manual would tell them which box to send.

Now I'm at nearly 30 days after the sale, and have informed them that despite itll be after the 30 standard of the 2015 consumers rights guidelines, I will accept an additional two weeks, as I just want to actually get the item i paid £480 for.

Honestly cant really advise this company with my current experience, as its been terrible so far.

Will update this review if the situation changes for the better.

I received a damaged machine. I reported it with a photo same day and asked for either refund or a new machine. This was 8 January. I am still waiting after numerous emails that are just avoiding a straight answer. Don't buy from this company.

so I go onto the web site to find out that the
office only opened Mon-Fri 9-17.00
so I wait until Mon and call only to get a recorded msg due to Covid the office are not taking calls
so why did it not say that on the web site
I email from their website advising I have an issue, no response
I emailed from my hotmail account, again no response

Update
I have now been in contact with the store and spare part is been dispatched today
sometimes these things happen, it is how quick the issues are resolved that counts

Very prompt and easy delivered. It works for all the family members, different heights and weights, so all good so far - just received it a few days ago so not so much time for studying it

Omg where do I start I recieved this treadmill damaged all the plastic is smashed and the computer is broke I’ve tried contacting them which is very hard this company is not the best to deal with and if I would of looked at there feedback first then I wouldn’t of bought off them avoid avoid avoid avoid ....

Product arrived promptly, all in working order delivery team followed all COVID safety measures. Easy to set up with no issues.

Update: the company replied to my email promptly and supplied the correct mat within 5 working days.

We ordered an 8ft by 12ft trampoline. Everything was great until we tried to attach the trampoline mat and discovered that they have sent the wrong size.
I've emailed the company to see if they can resolve this.
Not great considering the cost and the fact that my daughter was looking forward to spending time on it yesterday.
I'll update my review as and when we receive an update/missing item.
