Trampoline and bbq

Felt positive as ordered and then had email saying order to be delivered.
Only half the order arrived and since then they've been a nightmare
Can't get a proper response the just fudge around the issue
I asked if there was a problem with the bbq to refund it and is buy a different one..they then said they want the whole order returned.! The trampoline is built so how Is that an option.
Ridiculously difficult, don't answer calls, rude staff iver email when they bother to reply.
I have passed the issue to barclaycard now to resolve as these people cleat have no idea what they're doing.
It's simple..deliver the bbq or refund that part of order...how can it be more difficult than that
Hopeless company never use again and if you're thinking of using DON'T!

The reply from Alex seems to be generic nonsense. I have asked multiple times for updates and clarification and had nothing from them. Nothing sensible anyway, if it does not happen.?.it hasn't happened and you've given no indication it will..a.load of rubbish
It's OK saying these things how about some ACTION AND GET IT SORTED.?

Purchased a treadmill which i got around 90 miles from before the deck has snapped, also causing damage to the belt. Have sent a "Contact Us" form, and 5 emails in order to try and get resolved but received a single response 4 days ago

Terrible customer service

The product didn’t arrive on time but was stuck with courier and the seller looked into why this was. Following this the product was then delivered.

Bought a spin bike. Bent frame, so far not sorted 2 months down the line with over 30 emails sent. There is no customer service and if you do get a reply they are rude and unhelpful. Reported to trading standards where they now have to sort within a time frame or it will be taken to court. All because they won't contact me. Not good and I will never be buying from thus company again.

Ordered then read reviews n was a bit apprehensive but ordered on the Tues arrived on the Thursdsy, easy set up, used it most days since excellent, would recommend

Really efficient delivery time, item as described. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is that one of the bolts was so tightly fastened on to a screw (for one of the pedals) that I had an incredibly difficult time getting it off, fortunately I had a set of wrenches and was able to use two together to loosen the bolt!

Also there is sometimes a clicking noise as you pedal (but not all the time it just varies). Apart from those two issues it’s good value for the money

I’m not really all that impressed with the quality of some on the parts, the black spacers between poles snap under pressure and the bolt head can’t sit fully in so this causes the bolt to continue to spin instead of being fully tightened, the clips at the top to hold the netting slip a lot and I have to adjust or the netting will rip,I have purchased a 10ft circle trampoline for my mothers house and to be brutally honest it’s A LOT BETTER , if my garden was wide enough to have one I would be returning this product, £140 cheaper but so much tighter and secure....yet to give this trampoline credit the bounce is amazing and netting looks the business a really big good looking trampoline just a shame a little more wasn’t put into the other bits!

Very quick delivery. Awesome product and very quiet and easy to use. I built everything in an hour as the instructions were clear and made simple to understand.

Trampoline received as gift from grandparents. Once assembled my 8 year old went on it and it immediately started to pull inwards. Contacted retailer to arrange refund/replacement and they advised it shouldn’t have been assembled if faulty. How do you know it is faulty until you use it. No visible damage whilst assembling. Appalling service.

Great bike, easier to assemble and easy to use. Fast delivery and easy to order. It's not expensive but the quality is great for the price. I really enjoy that the display panel will cycle between the time, distance etc whilst your riding. It has a good variety of resistance and is heavy enough to mean it doesnt move around whilst riding. For someone who is just looking for a bike with good resistance this is the one!

My Wife and I are in our seventies, we ordered a tread mill it arrived in a couple of day it was eased to put together and we now use it regularly, exactly what we wanted. Perfect

Ordered the trampoline on the Tuesday and was expecting a delivery period of at least a week. So to have a notification three days later was brilliant.

The trampoline itself was well packaged. We had a few teething problems with the instructions but they were quickly overcome. A really good quality product that looks like it will stand the test of time with my little boy putting it through its paces!

Have to say ordered a motorised treadmill before I look at reviews on this company and was a bit apprehensive, but I have to say am delighted with it, ordered it on the Tues here by the Thurs put it up (relatively easy) Sat, used it Sunday (today)absolutely no problems.
Does exactly what it says it will do, folds away neatly, can't fault it.

Really wished I had read the reviews. Terrible company to deal with. I have a damaged item and despite sending photos, they claim no damage, close my case, no refund. I am currently out of pocket £529 for a worthless treadmill. Do not touch these people with a barge pole. The phones are not being answered as office is closed, so you have to rely on email and good luck if they respond to you. I had to send 35 emails to even get a first response. My only action now is small claims court

Absolutely shocking company, I ordered 3 separate gym products weeks ago and they have still not arrived - my emails are being ignored and my request for a refund is failing on deaf ears!! Shocking behaviour

REALLY WISH I'D READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a treadmill and unfortunately when it arrived the screws to put it together where missing. I emailed about an hour after delivery and again the next day to ask for some screws to be sent out, or, for them to collect it and give me a refund. I have had no reply from them and they are not available for phone calls. I will continue to email but don't hold out much hope.
Shocking after sale service.

Update: I have been advised to contact trade and standards. Might be a good idea if others do as well.

*UPDATE* 5 days after their reply on here and I am still waiting to be contacted! 😡

Update on my problem, I received an email on Friday and replied at 11am saying I want a refund and for someone to collect the damaged bike. I am still waiting for a reply to that email I can’t understand that I have to wait so long for a decent amount of customer service am not saying avoid these people because the damage was obviously done in transit but please can I get some professional customer service. I just want this big box gone from my hallway and my refund put back in my bank so I can buy my son another bike.
