If there had been an option for zero stars I would definitely have gone with that! Avoid using this company. They have used Covid as an excuse for the worst customer care ever. You cannot get a phone number to contact them on and it often takes them days to respond to emails. My treadmill broke, first of all they thought it would be acceptable to send a part and some instructions which required engineer level skill to rectify the fault. It then took three months for them to arrange collection for it to be fixed despite me explaining I was emigrating. The refused to refund me and then sent a replacement treadmill to my old uk address. Total joke.

Very good trampoline took 3 hours for one person to erect. Only advice I could give to the company would be to have extra nuts and bolts just in case you loose one or two .

Absolutely outstanding customer service, the chap that dealt with Doug me went above and beyond. The item was even on our doorstep less than 24 hours from purchase! I would most definitely use this company again.

Not only did golf trolley arrive a day early but was securely packaged. I have used it quite a few times and found it to be perfect as described and a bargain at the price. Would recommend to anyone.

Trampoline arrived on time and in excellent condition, exactly as described.

AVOID this company like the devil was chasing you! Purchased a multi gym from this company 7weeks ago. Several items missing (7 x apparatus feet / stabilisers) so was unable to assemble this without damaging the floor or being unstable.
After 11 emails, 2 failed / misplaced deliveries I have now been sent a new base unit for the multi-gym, which incredibly are also missing 4 of the requested stabilisers. If you don't want apparatus mounted on blocks save yourself some stress and look elsewhere. Now seeking a full refund.

Order placed, confirmed, contact confirmed that item was on its way - so all good. Until I get an email confirming item out of stock (with an alternative). Would have appreciated this information at point of order not after expecting delivery

Turned up earlier that expected, put together and everything is fine. If you're going to fold it up after use it's not that stable is my only comment on that, other than that it's fine.

Stay away from this company because if you need to return the item you have to jump through hoops to get them to even think about collecting it plus it will take weeks as they are not quick at returning emails

Good, quick sales service - product was as advertised. Only downside was one of the kettlebells was broken when it arrived, which was surprising. However - uksportimports refunded in good time and without fuss, so not a huge problem.

How can you review products when you don't receive them? On multiple occasions I have tried to contact you regarding my purchases without success! I want my money back immediately! You have took £1500 of my money and delivered nothing! Disgrace!

The item didn't arrive no one got back to me in the end i had to get the bank involved to get my money back wouldnt recommend buying from them

Trampoline looks good, however it arrived with a spring missing which was rectified straight away. The rectangle support was very difficult to put up as the metal supports did not seem to fit and took a long time to assemble.
My daughter seems to think the bounce is not as good as her last big air trampoline, only 1 foot bigger and the bed springs look stretched at the ends but hardly stretched at the sides. In the padding around the sides it seems to retain water so my daughter gets wet socks every time.
So overall a disappointing purchase as my daughter spends hours in her trampoline.

The delivery time was brilliant, The trampoline looks fab, had a small problem with the assembly , my fault not reading the instructions correctly emailed the company, through ebay, and they responded quickly and were very helpfull.

Happy customer, and hopefully will have happy grandchildren

Absolutely brilliant my 6 year old loves it as does my 22 year old as well fun.for all ages it does take some time to set up, instructions are not the best but deffo worth the money

My item arrived within 3 days of ordering. The bbq I purchased was very well packed and all parts clearly labelled. The bbq took 1.5h to assemble and works very well for the price. Thank you. 😊

Minor loose edge detail, BUT NO BATS - set advertised as including 2 high quality bats. Not such fun for the children without them.
