Excellent service
I have used UK Tool Mart before and used them again for a Makita sabre saw. The website is easy to use and they are efficient at dispatch and delivery. For promptness and price they can't be beaten.
The only issue I have is that they use Yodel for delivery and there are other companies that are better at delivery and keeping the customer informed.

I ordered a particular item as part of my order but it was no longer stocked. This was not apparent until long after the order was placed and paid for. A refund notification was emailed but I didn't see it until after the order was despatched. Had I know this, I wouldn't have placed the order at all. Not impressed. 4/10

waste of time
Order a new drill only for a faulty one to be sent. Arranged for a replacement to be sent. However they only collected. Now have to arange a further day for delivery. This will now be the third day I've hade to arange someone to be home. Can't even give a time of delivery .
