Just enquired about my return wallpaper, spoke to Gary who really got high rate with me, I was only enquiring about my refund, I had to listen to him in high rate voice explaining the system to me, I requested when he has email the warehouse please could he give me call back the response was you will get your refund, I told him to calm down, his reply I am trying to explain. Will never use this company again. Customer service appalling. Mrs M Barratt

Can't fault anything at all. I was sceptical about ordering as I had read the reviews before hand and there was a couple that questioned the authenticity of the site and made me doubt if it was genuine. I decided to give the company a try anyway based on mostly good reviews and I can assure everyone that this is most definitely legit. quick delivery via DPD and received a text with the expected delivery time frame on the day. Very impressed as this was the cheapest place I had come across for the wallpaper that I ordered and the website is very well laid out and easy to look through all the styles. Highly recommend! I'm a little unsure if the site is legit.

The review is based solely on my opinion of the seller's online shop and their payment method and payment service provider. I haven't placed an order. There is a possibility that I am wrong.

I tried to send an order, the terms and conditions say paypal as a payment method is only possible after prior agreement on the phone. As a payment method I was only offered a payment option by credit card and the provider encryptedpayments.com.

The encryptedpayments.com website is not protected by SSL, nor is there any content on the payment service provider's website.

In the end I preferred not to order and would advise against online shopping until the seller updates their website.

UPDATE 1 24.01.2021: I tested the payment service provider's website again (one day after) and i seems they have some kind of recuring problem. Sometimes they have content on their Website and its Encrypted, sometimes content is there but not Encrypted and sometimes the connection is refused.

i cant really figure out if this is legit or not

I am currently in contact with a staff member and he is trying to solve the issues i mentioned. I also asked him how to order via Paypal. I keep things updated here.

I’m so pleased I found this company on-line. As others have said it’s a very simple, non fussy, just a very simple site with an excellent choice of wallpaper and borders. I know borders are maybe a little outdated but they can also make a very plain wallpaper look finished off to perfection. Plenty choice of borders so thank you for the very quick delivery. I shall certainly use this company again. It was easy to order what I required and I fully recommend UK wallpaper.co.uk to anyone reading this. I shall be requiring some new wallpaper soon and will definitely check the choice of wallpapers this company have to offer. Once again, thank you for the quick delivery, it was much appreciated.

Staff very helpful and order was sent out the next day via DPD.

Highly recommend! I checked out the company before placing an order to be sure legit as the website appearance wasn’t the sleek gongs & whistles type like another company I’d been looking at. I ordered 2 rolls of a wallpaper I’d bought elsewhere ages ago but since had gone up in price considerably & found it here at the price I’d originally paid & no shipping cost. It arrived within 2 days too! Very happy.

Let’s be real their website looks outdated and dodgy. I was a bit worried at first. But I put in an order anyway using my credit card. The wall paper arrived within 2 days. Excellent packaging and quality. The guy who answered my enquiries, Gary, was very helpful and speedy in his replies. Highly recommend. Oh did I forget to mention that their wallpapers are sold at a cheaper price than Argos?

Highly recommended. I ordered samples online (free) which arrived within 2 days. I phoned on Saturday and spoke to a really pleasant and helpful lady. I was told the paper would need to be ordered on Monday as it was not in stock. My order has been delivered by courier today (Wednesday) and all rolls are the same batch number. I have seen the same paper elsewhere for double the price so I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you.

Ordered some tiles on the 8th January and still haven’t received them. I did email someone there on the 19th and was told they would be with me on the Wednesday or Thursday at the latest, but they still haven’t arrived. Really disappointed.

I ordered 12 rolls of wallpaper on December 23 which I needed for January 11 , I knew the order could not be processed until January 4 due to Christmas but I was delighted when the wallpaper was delivered on January 8 . The price per roll was a great deal cheaper than from other sources . Excellent service , highly recommended.

I put a order through on the 29th for 1 roll and not had any update as to where my parcel is I’ve tried ringing them and still can’t get through.
