Excellent service from this little company. I was looking for specific plates from a specific brand to replace an existing broken set and after enquiring about the availability they managed to have exactly what I was looking for in a really short time. I ordered right away and received my order the following day. Package was safely packed to ensure all the porcelain items arrived in perfect condition and it was the case like the first time I ordered a couple of years ago. Thank you very much

My order was confirmed but when it had not arrived when expected I contacted customer service. They were extremely helpful and advised that my parcel had been received by Evri but had not been processed further. They contacted Evri and were able to claim for non delivery. They kept me updated and offered several options regarding my order. I chose to have the item in my order that was still available. I have now received it and I am delighted with it.

I was looking for an eagle desk set and went through a lot of products online but couldn't find an ideal one. There was one that I liked but it was 5kg and costs 10 times of the price of a desk set. I kept looking and found this website, the design of the eagle is so beatifully perfect, and I bought the last one remaining.
Delivery was next day, I got a lucky bird for my upcoming exam.
