I wasn't entirely happy
I wasn't entirely happy with the service I received. There was no firm confirmation when I would get the product I ordered, and when I chased them several times, I was told that the product ordered was not available and I can either accept a refund or consider an alternative. I accepted the alternative, but the overall experience wasn't acceptable.

A great water feature. I bought it because it represents three of my principles in life….speak no evil, see no evil and hear no evil.It works perfectly where the water sprouts beautifully.Good value for the money which was reasonably priced. The birds use it when it has been hot and cannot find water locally.

Very pleased with the supplied water feature that we ordered for my wife’s birthday. The components were sturdy and well made, and I appreciated the You Tube video on setting up. The limestone globe was very heavy, but you do include dimensions and weight on your website. Very pleased with the end result.

Great customer service, received quick and helpful response to my questions. Kept informed about delivery and goods arrived on time by helpful carrier. Outer package had some damage but again the supplier responded quickly and gave assurancesthat if the item after unpacking and installation proved to be damaged or faulty it was covered by their guarantee.
