My experience with Uline has always been great. I just bought an industrial garment rack. It’s only 24 inches long and the base is approximately 22 &3/4in. From wheel to wheel. It’s perfect for my small apartment laundry room. No more stubbing my toes when I’m walking barefoot in the laundry room. I ordered it yesterday and it came today! I’m very pleased with the entire experience. I found the garment rack doing an online seating on Google.
Found out the billionaire owners of this company are funding evil. And they spam us with their giant wasteful catalogs. When you try to cancel they just ignore you and keep sending.
They claim to be anti-immigrant and for strong borders. But they got caught bussing Mexican workers all the way to Wisconsin and paying them a fraction of their US staff. Google "guardian uline immigrants" and you'll find the evidence. Just disgusting.
bought a bunch of glass jars with lids. A high percentage broke with normal use. This is undoubtedly due to poor quality.

I purchased a table and a chair for my personal use the quality was great and the customer service was very responsive.
One star goes to our US mail carrier. For dragging Uline’s cement heavy PRINTED catalogues. The Jurassic Park of the catalog era. Sears had it coming 35 yrs ago. U-line deserves to be vanished. At least their 1000 lbs catalogs. “Online? Whothat?” Said the U-line National Sales VP.

Ordered some gloves a few weeks ago. They arrived just as expected, but when looking at my bank acc, i realized i was charged $120 for shipping. After calling customer service, they actually removed part of that cost, and it was my own mistake. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because they didn't make it very clear that i would be charged this amount when I was checking out. They also do not give option of USPS shipping which is only $15 in the website, you have to call the company itself. I would buy from them again, but beware of hidden shipping fees to remote areas.
I did the interview, did 2 test for 4 min had an interview. Waited for 4 days to respond back. Which they sent me an email saying there going in a different direction I have 16 years of experience in order picking, shipping and receiving. If I lasted 16 years at a company that means I'm a hard worker. And what Uline is looking for as a candidate. So people tell me well it's Uline's lost. And I think there right.
Uline did not give me a chance, no wonder why there always hiring maybe because no one stays.
Trash customer service.
Contacted them within minutes to cancel an order. They told me that it was canceled but charged me anyways. They still cant explain why they didnt cancel the order and I have to return it myself because of their mistake. Will not use them again.

Uline is famous for bait and switching products. We ordered 1500 6 oz PP jars, and over 50% cracked either after filling, or after customers received the product. These jars contain $59 worth of equine wound care. Uline frequently switches to the cheapest chinese manufacturers, while showing similar jars. Uline has cost us over $65,000 in goods and reshipping costs. We are hoping a class action suit is filed. Uline is the Shein of shipping and container goods.
Honestly always amazing customer service. They have everything and send it fast.
Prices seem competitive, until you see the quality. Customer service is frustrating. Multiple orders have arrived damaged, without the correct parts, and multiple things have broken with regular use. Warranties are so short for metal items, why? 30 days? lol. So they know they will fail quickly?!?!

Uline has been my vendor since 2010. Recently their credit team archived my longstanding account after an injury-related pause and refused a modest $1k line request. My business (DBA FU) clears $1.6M annually and I needed 50 chairs — they chose policy over a real customer. Customer service was robotic, unhelpful, and refused to escalate. I’ve closed my account. U-line finds it challenging to remove a customer from their mailing lists; e-mails, catalogues, flyers, spam of all kinds. They don't want to remove you and think overwhelming you with their spam will have a positive effect. Took a full year to get U-line to cease and desist contacting us. And now, at the time of this writing, U-line assumes we Canadians need them to supply an explanation on our history as it applies to corporations. in particular American corporations. Thanks U-line. You have a way of insulting an entire country rivalled only by trump.
I was happy with the products I purchased from ULINE until I purchased a paper cutter. This would have been an excellent tool to have however, after spending almost $100 it does not cut the paper. All it serves is a paper holder which I did NOT need. I still need to use scissors to cut the paper! I also paid shipping on this product. I did reach out to ULINE with no response. Would not recommend this company simply because the customer service is lacking. Don’t expect to reach someone if you have an issue with a product.

I would give the company 0 stars. Uline needs to get with the current times and STOP SENDING OUT MAGAZINES!!! People order online and still receive an unwanted MAGAZINE. Businesses are CONSTANTLY receiving SEVERAL magazines each week and IT NEEDS TO STOP!!

Stop sending bulky unsolicited catalogs in the mail. In the age of technology anyone can find the website. I have requested several times through the proper channel to stop the mailings. It still continues. This could actually make me seek products from competitors instead of Uline.
reliable I always get what I need form them pretty quick. I love the fact that you can buy and pay later. Shipping cost are the only bummer with them but overall pretty good 👍
Probably cost us a customer, giving the option for 30 day payment, then deny us. Why have the option if your not pre approved, at least give some information before its 4 pm. If I would have known I would have paid up front.
