Can't thank Paddy and his team at UPS Lisburn Road enough for everything they did to get my mum's house sold. Very professional and nothing was ever a bother. Would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Excellent experience with UPS lisburn Road. Each member of the team went above and beyond the call of duty. They are in a class of their own in the housing market in NI.

I am now even more upset with UPS agents because I've written a very poor review and told how I feel now they are phoning and hassling me this is not on I would not recommend UPS agents .
Property price have increased every day for no reason.

I have never used them to sell a property but I would be reluctant to use them as my experience as a prospective buyer over the last 20 years. I have never known to know s estate agent so lack lustre in following upon enquiries, i have had to pester them to arrange viewings, bids not been passed to the seller etc, they really don't seem that fussed for the business.

I am now worth quite a bit of money and own multiple properties in Belfast area. I seen a property I like on UPS for sale but I’d never give them £0.01 commission and this is why. In 2010 my life was at a low ebb and my relationship broke down and I needed to find a house. I went to meet a UPS estate agent at a rental property and the guy totally dismissed me and treated me horribly. He acted like billy big time and was a jerk (calm down lad you earn 20k a year!) . I rang the office a few days later to complain and some snooty manager just laughed. Well guys the laughs on you cause I’ve actively spoke to people considering using you guys and put them off. Enjoy your minus profits.

Great service and advice from all at Lisburn road branch

What a bunch of lazy con artists. As tenants we were treated as lesser humans, told that we must keep our obligations even though they constantly ignored their own contractual obligations to the outside of the building resulting in damage to the property through neglect, sending out amatuer ''handy men'' who pretended to fix problems, but in actual fact did nothing, then attempted to blame the the issues on next door neighbours rather than take responsibility. If i were a landlord i would be suing for the inaction leading to the damage to the property, and as a tenant suing for negligence. STAY WELL CLEAR!!

UPS are the only estate agent that I've ever had contact with that were professional and proficient throughout. I've used others such as CSM, Keyone Property and Morton Pinpoint who all failed to meet their professional obligations in comparison to Ulster Property Sales. I would recommend that any person chooses UPS over their competitors - If the competitor is named above, I would strongly suggest convincing property owners to move their business to UPS instead.
