Initially ordered the wrong holder for my phone but contacted dealer and they were very helpful and exchanged it streight away. Customer service is excellent, product well made and fits well on holder and phone. Excellent quality. Would reccomend this company for service and product. One small criticism is how that it it easy to order by mistake the wrong size case as on the web page there’s confusion over sizes. Ie iPhone 6, 6s plus is a case for plus size and as I did read it as a 6s case, otherwise would highly reccomend dealer.

Just received a waterproof case for my iphone 5s. Delivery was really fast, product looks great, yet to tried out in anger.

Having searched Google for a supplier of mountings for my iPhone I found Ultimate-Motorcycle website. I couldn't initially find the particular device and fitting so called them. They were very helpful and directed me to the part of the website I needed. I ordered a phone holder and bracket which arrived after a couple of days and fitted to my bike. Everything works fine.

Ordered a motorcycle mount which came with a strap mount . Sadly it was slightly defected in day of arrival after opening box. Called up the same day got through to customer services immediately and a replacement sent out without additional charge . Other products seam great quality and very impressed with efficient communication by phone and email ... don’t get this always !!
