Just wanted to leave a quick note for Gary.
We have used competitor products previously for tile effect roofs and have recently switched to UltraFrame and wow what a difference! The product and service are second to none.
Noting the assisted fit scheme that UltraFrame offers, this is a game changer to introducing new products to both the customers and our installers. We must thank Gary for his time and knowledge, simply an amazing experience. We look forward to continuing to work with you.

Conservatory Finished in 2015. Box Gutter fitted along side wall. Lead Flashing fitted running into B/Gutter. We now have water stain and water running down interior wall in the area below gutter supports which go across the top of gutter. The lead flashing at these points has been cut and bent back to allow flashing on either side of strap to pass down into gutter. The cut slots in the flashing are not sealed leaving open area below and at sides of straps. This I asume can allow ingress of rain water to penetrate between Box Gutter side edge and adjacent wall.

This is my second conservatories which designed by this company, I had the first one for 14 years and leaked for 14 years and the roof clasped once for lack of tie bar!! A glass roof was installed 2018, and had been leaking every year once or twice! Pure shambles!! I have had nothing but misery and distress!! Incompetent company at every level!!AVOID AVOID AT ANY COSTS!

Just had a Leka orangery roof fitted, problem after problem, biggest mistake I have ever made, my old Ultraframe conservatory has been trouble free for over 20 years, the old ring beam that takes the load is far superior in my view than the Leka one, and it is in one piece, when we took the old roof of the aluminium frame was still like new after 20 years, you might be asking your self why did I not stick with Ultraframe if it was trouble free, I was taken in by the Leka video, hope this review helps you decide which one to choose.

recently switched to dealing direct with Ultraframe, pleased to say the service has been A1, all quotes processed and returned within 24 hours (sometimes sooner) any additional info required has been dealt with effectively. Jane is a pleasure to deal with............happy staff make life so much easier.

I have an Ultraframe roof on a conservatory built by Safestyle in October 2016. It has been unsatisfactory from 1 month following installation with leaks that still haven't been resolved. It is a glass roof with a box gutter and now I am being told that I have to have bespoke gallows brackets fitted. This was never mentioned at the time of sale or survey and what ultraframe have proposed are hideous and impractical plus we wouldn't have purchased the conservatory if we had known about this previously.
To say that this has been stressful is a gross understatement with about 35 service visits to try and resolve the problems. We have had damage to new flooring and furniture which was purchased after we had an extended guarantee to assure us that this was finally sorted. I am hoping that someone can suggest a pragmatic solution that meets all requirements so that finally my wife and I can put this whole unfortunate experience behind us and enjoy what we should have had.

We have recently started trading direct with Ultraframe and the level of support and assistance has been above and beyond, its a shame it took us so long & Zoe made the transition seamless. Thank you :-)

We had a technical issue. It was actually an installation issue, nothing to do with the product. Both Miles and David couldn't have been more helpful. If you want excellent customer service AND know how, technical advice, contact the guys above at Ultraframe. Absolutely recommended.

Yesterday, quite late in the day I sent a request to David at Ultraframe's Tech Support department, knowing they are always under pressure I didn't expect a reply for a few days. How surprised was I to receive a detailed drawing in response an hour later, when it was out of hours ! Great service. Thank you.

As an approved Ultra-installer, we have had the privilege of fitting 10-15 Ultraframe roofs per week and have accumulated extensive experience by installing thousands of their products over the years. Fantastic Product
Fantastic Product. Meets all the new regulations so I had no issues with building inspectors. We now get to use our extension all year round. When I read the bad reviews on here, 99% of the time it is down to poor installation, not the actual product itself. Then the end user is expecting Ultraframe to put it right, when its actually the installer that has caused the issue. I received great customer service from one of their approved installers. I also received great customer service from Ultraframe themselves when I requested the U Value documents. I would highly recommend the Ultraroof.

Products are as good or as bad as the people installing them, with companies being only as good as the ongoing support that they provide their customers should a problem occur.

Every Ultraframe product comes with a fitting manual, with further access to products technical manuals, as well as installation videos on their trade website. They are very specific about how their products should be installed depending on where you live in the country. Read the manual, watch the videos, work to a plan and you shouldn't have a problem, but if you do, they are there to offer advice.

It is continually reassuring for us to have access to the guys in the technical support team at Ultraframe who are able to provide excellent customer service through their extensive product knowledge, which is a major benefit to us as well as our clients.

Really pleased with our Ultraframe Classic roof - I have also been lucky enough to have visited the Ultraframe factory to see where the roof was being made and was amazed at how big the operation is - they even make full house roofs! Big thanks go out to Craig Keighley who has the most amazing knowledge of the products and a true passion for his company:)

We have used Ultraframe products for over 20 years, we recently had a time sensitive project and Ultraframe delivered to us quickly and provided site assist to ensure we could get the roof installed as quickly and efficiently as possible for a very poorly client. The roof looks great and the customer is over the moon! We have never had any problems with Customer service or product and will continue to use Ultraframe as if installed properly it is a great product!

We had a garden room and veranda constructed as a lean to on our new house in Sept 2020 by a local approved installer. Since then the roof has leaked no less than five times. Each time at the glazing bar joint between the roofing panels. After the first couple of times I contacted Ultraframe technical department who told me the system had won awards in North America. So what if it doesn't work in UK!
Don't bother with the complaints page on their website either, it doesn't work.
This roofing system is not fit for purpose and this company could not care less about the end user simply hiding behind the installers who do their best to keep the product watertight.

Needed help to replace my conservatory roof cap the technical support was excellent WELL DONE ALL.

Do not purchase this product via a third party, i.e. an approved installer, or any installer. If offered a warranty, and the purchase was via an installer who subsequently ceased trading, YOU DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY OR AN SUPPORT from Ultraframe.
Ultraframe will advise that the warranty is offered to the installer and NOT to the end user purchaser.
This is a great cop out, and Trading Standards should address.

Hi Robert, we provide a variety of warranties on our products with most products guaranteed for 10 years. We provide this guarantee to the purchaser of the Ultraframe product which in most instances will be the installation company. As we only supply some elements of a typical installation such as the roof, the installation company will usually then provide their own guarantee/warranty for the entire installation.

Ulraframe have actually confirmed the content of my original review. To compound their failure of product support, they direct you to their authorized installers, who will advise, that they do not undertake conservatory repairs. So here you are with a defective product, without warranty or product support.
My advice, DO NOT BUY.

It’s look great and we still have the light.
