I had good support from both the AI chat and the remote support, some lag sometime for the remote one but very supportive. I'm now waiting for a replacement ring, planned but not yet started, hope it does soon. I also hope it will be the only one, from the comments I read many had several of them ...

My ring stopped connecting after only having it for a few days and after trying multiple things I reached out to the Ultrahuman team on Instagram and they responded very quickly. They tried a few things which also did not work so they are sending me a new ring no charge. I am very happy with their customer service :)

I loved my ring up until about 4 months in where it started to have connectivity issues. I worked through troubleshooting through the app and with an agent. The troubleshooting process involved a couple of days without data because they want to drain the battery and reset it. Once it was confirmed that there was an issue with the ring, they sent me another one. This ring instantly connected. However, a couple months after that, the same thing happened. Connectivity issues, it was not collecting data. Again I went through troubling shooting, however this time they sent me 4 different replacement rings because each ring they sent would not connect.. this took so much time. I am now another couple months into owning an ultra human ring. My ring has completely disconnected and now I am outside of my “replacement window”. I purchased this ring originally in May of 2025. I’ve not had the ring a full year and have had so many issues with connectivity and replacements. The ring itself looks good and I enjoy the data when it tracked. However, if you want to have to replace your ring every few months, I do not recommend.

I had several connection issues with my ring after only a few months. I love the app experience although found these early issues very frustrating
After running through the troubleshooting steps and not being successful the support were quick to replace my ring and even let me change the colour. Thanks Burhan!
Edit: the new ring after just over a month has encountered the same issue. Extremely disappointed as this is an expensive product. Would not recommend

This ring was great. Awesome date and user friendly explains it all. But it comes with a 1 year warranty. Well with my busy life of working an office job and doing no intense sports other than hiking and pickleball 1 month after the warranty expires the inside coating comes off metal comes through and starts poking me on top of not charging anymore no connection nothing so message the help group which takes 1 hour of waiting on that screen no notifications when they finally show gone so after waiting another hour for the next customer server agent Suhammad tells me there is nothing they can do but gives me an option of trading in my broken sharp useless ring towards get this the new upgrade rolling out in 2 weeks. So guess what that lands me. $85 bucks. Towards a $485 ring after taxes $500 ring. So their product failing. The inside water seal coating breaks metal comes through no longer works the answer is spending $400 on the new upgrade. This is some robots movie type of marketing upgrades people upgrades. It will break. It will just be ready for your replacement to be the next model and at cost. Oh plus 2-3 hours of waiting for a customer service agent to message you on a message board that doesn’t let you know at all they are there unless you stay on that screen and never click off
EDIT : after a month of deliberation I have received full refund of what the ring cost when I bought it a year ago. Well thats not entirely true the ring costed $349 plus tax new a year ago received a refund of $333 along with a $15 wire transfer fee. So coming away from this with $318 I’m grateful for the refund don’t get me wrong but I asked for a paper check on the phone was told that was possible days later being informed it’s not possible back and forth one email a day. Along with the fact that my credit card has changed (don’t recommend discover). But I’m thankful for the $318 refund that was very nice

Their support is very helpful once you’re able to contact them. Somehow, my ring got stuck on the charger and would not come off. They initiated a replacement right away and were very kind.

I had my ring three months and it worked fine, I didn't notice the battery started to degrade after a few weeks, towards the end of March it refused to connect to my phone, I've spent a few days troubleshooting the various steps Ultrahuman request you to do, before they finally said they were going to send out a replacement.. have the end of March they said it was shipping to me straight away and Wood be there in five business days, . I contacted them on the 11th of April as I hadn't heard anything., to spend hours with their support team before they finally found a shipping number and it was only processed on the 10th... when I asked for a reason why it was only processed on the 10th, I was given the generic answer of geopolitical situation...
Personally, I wish I just gone for the Oura ring... I haven't heard one bad thing about them. Ultrahuman on the other hand seem to be pretty awful...

I really wanted to love the Ultrahuman Ring AIR, but my experience has been a cycle of frustration. I have owned this ring for just over a year, and in that time, I have already been sent three replacement rings. I am now on my fourth ring, and it has already started to fail.
To be fair, Ultrahuman’s customer service is excellent. They are responsive, and every time a ring fails, they are quick to send a replacement under my UltrahumanX membership. However, "good service" shouldn't be a substitute for a functional product.
At a price point of £470 (including the extended warranty), you expect a premium piece of technology to last years, not weeks or months. Having to contact support every few months for a hardware failure is exhausting. I have completely lost confidence in the brand and the durability of their hardware.
It feels like the product is still in a "beta" phase while being sold at a luxury price. If you’re looking for a reliable health tracker that actually stays on your finger and works, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. I’m done with the replacements. I just want my money back.

My ring started dropping charge within ~3 months, but support guided me through a few tests and afterward ordered me a complete replacement ring with no difficulties. Burhan was very good and helpful.

The battery life of this ring is horrible. At max it might last 3 days but if you use any special features like using Quick Start for a workout, once during those 3 days the battery life will be cut in half. So you end up running out of battery and you don't get a complete log of what ever you are tracking, example sleep. I guess you could wake up every morning and charge it but that is annoying. I wish I could return it but it is too late. I contacted Ultrahuman and they replaced the ring but I still have the battery problem. I would not recommend.

I bought ring month ago, and what can I say….
ITS WORTH IT. It helps me to keep my energy in a good level because ring tells me when it is better to go to sleep, how I sleep, what time is better to wake up etc. Also caffeine level shows me when I should stop to take it. I highly recommend every one this ring. LOVE IT

This ring worked for about a year and a half, and it did have frequent issues connecting that were or were not solved by the diagnostics they have in the app. But then suddenly it stopped working and essentially the customer support people just told me that because it’s past the one year they can’t do anything for me and ““ they wish me the best of luck. This this product is hundreds of dollars and they won’t even fix it when it stops working absolutely ridiculous.
