I have never used this website but my husband sent me all the links to the hiking stuff he would like for Christmas and his Birthday so I trusted his judgement as he hasn't used them before either. Easy to use website, super fast delivery before and after Christmas (husbands Birthday is 30th Dec), everything well packaged too (had 3 separate deliveries). I would totally recommend and when you spend over £1000 with a company it's nice to get a great service too! Will definitely be using again! :)

Ordered a package to get shipped to Sweden, due to extra national tax added (consequences of Brexit) I decided to not pick up my package and let it go in return. The package then got lost in the system. However, the response from the customer service have throughout the process been outstanding. Fast respons and very helpful. UOG source pretty much the best kit available and sell it for competitive prices. Their customer service is fantastic and on the ball. I love these guys.
