Their customer service is also friendly and helpful with a problem I had! Sure I will buy some more items in the future.

Dear Uma Nomad, I received mij order and it made me more than happy!! I also was told I could get a present which was send afterwards by post because mij order was already send. I chose a nice little ring and because it was a present from you to me, I felt very spoiled. Unfortunately the envelope didn’t reach me (yet?)

I know, it’s a gift but now it feels a little bitter like a promise you didn’t keep. I hope it’s a misunderstanding and that my present will be delivered after all.

It’s my birthday in 3 days so that would make it extra nice😊

Terrible customer service. Purchased a poor quality baby carrier. Have tried to return it for nearly 6 months. They sent me a fake return address. No response to my emails. Complete SCAM. I've lost $300.

My package never arrived. The tracking link said, last week, that they were delivering it that day and then it never came. I emailed you all for days and no one did anything to fix it…

Love my item so much. So unique and the ethos of this company is wonderful. The packaging is also gorgeous and the free gift is such a lovely additional bonus.
I will absolutely shop here again and I have recommended this store to my fellow Irish friends. Shipping times to Ireland were also really good! 🌻

I bought two beautiful dresses from Uma Nomad, such vibrant colours in a gorgeous design that are one of a kind. It’s a unique shop with a friendly and helpful owner and adorable daughter. It’s a great initiative. The clothes are made from second hand saris, sold by women who lost the breadwinner in their family and they help to teach them to sew and make these beautiful clothes.

Everything was great.
The Webiste is easy to use and understand, the shipping was fast - regarding it was around Christmas time and through different countries.
I like the explanations on how to knot the clothes differently.
The earrings I got as a gift arrived broken, but since it's a gift it's sad but nothing to really be angry about.

Very happy with Uma Nomad and their vibrant clothing range.

When you buy from Uma Nomad, you’re buying from people instead of mass corporations. Not only do these gorgeous people make one of a kind clothes, they are kind and generous, giving each customer the personal touch. All this clothes I’ve bought from Uma nomad are beautiful and machine washable on a cold wash! Thank you for continuing to provide these beautiful fabrics a lease at life.

The things I got: one big scarf, a long skirt, two short trousers, and a short kimono with hood are so beautiful that people have asked me on the road where I bought them. It makes me feel good that they are from recycled Sahris.

Beautiful, truly size inclusive clothes, worth every cent. Definitely read their "about" page: this is one of those rare companies that really try to do good as well.

Wauw, i just found out of your company by a instagram add and i instantly fell in love with the whole thing! You have such good products and ways of doing this business trying to help the planet and all, im very impressed. Ive tried some digging to find out where you are based but i can't find? Is it in Nederland? Your website made me very happy and the way you write about shipping and returns etc is lovely. However i would like to point out that i got pretty stressed from the 30min timeframe after spinning the wheel! I didn't looked thru everything yet and i still had to make my disiscione.. Besides that i had the best time shopping, thankyou!
