The product I ordered is not what they advertised, it is not true to size it’s a lot smaller. It took over 2 months before I received I but they advertised up to 2 weeks. Their Customer service is via chat which I am convinced wad a robot because my direct questions were never answered, The shipping and tracking companies are frauds which I advised them but no response. Overall a terrible experience. The item I received is junk. Please don’t deal with this company,

Item came. Ordered 32 foot Christmas lights for outdoor. What was delivered was 6 foot tiny lights for indoor. Complete scam.

Ordered wall attach plate. Not as described. I still need to drill. No contact response. My Germán is not good enough for the site.

I purchased a Halloween Decorations Scream Scarecrow that I saw on Instagram, I then told my wife who said she’d already bought me one as a surprise, I immediately emailed Umosio to cancel the order and I got no response until the next day, when they said the item had been despatched and couldn’t cancel the order, their English was very poor and they ignored me when I said my wife had bought me one, they replied with “Thank you for contacting us.
You can wait until the package arrives, then you contact again.
There will be more professional after-sales service to help you deal with it.
You can also know if you like it after you get the package.
thank you for understanding.”
I repeated numerous times that I didn’t want the order and got nowhere with them.
I contacted PayPal who said I couldn’t do anything as they’d despatched it and said to just wait for it to arrive.
Two months later I hadn’t received anything, I contacted Umosio who told me there was an issue with tracking and to be patient, I contacted PayPal who set up a dispute for me and said if I didn’t receive the item or get a response within 10 days I’d get a refund.
After 10 days after not hearing from Umosio I received an email from PayPal issuing me a full refund, the item never arrived nor did I hear from them again.
There should be more support available when purchasing something that comes from overseas, especially from PayPal, who were only helpful after two months of me waiting.
Overall, very poor service and I can only hope someone reads this before considering purchasing from Umosio.

I ordered two dresses that were a very poor fit. I asked to return them and they requested a photo of code on pack front which I sent. Was told, like others, that was what I’d ordered and to give them to someone else! This company needs to be closed down. Absolute rip off.

Waited 4 weeks for tops,which when arrived were no where near the size they were supposed to be,I’d say 2 sizes smaller. On emailing them,they said because it was the size I ordered,they won’t refund or exchange the items,according to their returns policy,they suggested I ‘gift’ them to someone else.

Avoid this company, no way of returning a dress I bought, they are refusing to answer all my communications except to say they sent the size I ordered !!!

Dresses are basically cheap tat. Strange fitting. No care instructions. No notification of despatch sent. Long delivery. Refused to say where they come from, not once but twice. Even deleted my post! Using hermes as well says it all. Avoid.

Ordered a dress, it didn’t arrive in time so cancelled the order. Order then arrived but there doesn’t seems to be any way of returning it or gettting a refund. BEWARE!

Ordered a bag, paid and weeks down the line still waiting. They won’t reply to any of my e-mails.

My mother ordered a bag via Instagram umosio took the money from her account never sent the item or confirmation of order. When I contacted them apparently they have no trace of order they time waste by asking the same question over and over. In my eyes this is theft

This company is shocking. I received a dress after waiting 3 weeks.Absolutely awfull.Piece of rag.Company will not give you money back.Will not give you there adress. Would not let me return dress even though buttons were missing and dress was 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. Do not use.Dont deserve any stars .but had to give 1 star to write review. Horrendous companyShouldnt be allowed to trade.Robbing old people of there money.

I would definitely question the positive reviews of this company and who they are written by? There is no way anybody would be happy with the service or quality of the products, totally guilty of misleading advertising and I would not believe the other comments, do not support this company. No refund no explanation of why a bag can be sold as leather and then delivered plastic, cheap, badly made the quality is embarrassing for them. Scam do not support.

I ordered a bag haven’t received it I had a tracking g no that said it had been delivered but it wasn’t delivered at my house and they don’t want to know and neither do the shipping company never buy again my bag was £34

It’s not worth one star but I had to do this to write the review! They’ve taken my money and no sign of my order - 6 weeks have passed, it’s impossible to get any response from them whether its by email, messaging them on their Facebook site or through their tracking site. Obvs a bunch of crooks. I’m livid.

Bought product which failed. Can't get anywhere with replacement refund etc.

This company feels like a scam. I ordered a jacket on the 30th November and it still has not arrived. I have emailed them three times asking the whereabouts of my jacket and I get the same automatic reply 'Thanks for your email. We're so sorry for keeping you waiting. As we checked and confirm, the package is in transit to your country.' They don't even call me by my name but by the start of my email! I called them out on this in an email but they still reply the same way. I asked for a refund and got the exact same reply as above. They send a picture of the tracking information and it is outdated every time! I honestly don't think I will see this jacket and to get any refund will be incredible as their customer service is atrocious. If there was a way to give 0 stars then I would! AVOID AT ALL COST!
