Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers encountered significant issues with their orders, frequently reporting problems with order fulfillment or items delivered with security tags still attached, making them unusable. People also expressed widespread dissatisfaction with the delivery service, citing extreme delays and problems with couriers, often requiring them to stay home for extended periods without receiving their parcels. Furthermore, the customer service was consistently described as unhelpful and difficult to reach, with many struggling to get assistance or resolve issues. While some customers found the product quality to be exceptional and were satisfied with their purchases, a notable number of people reported poor quality, with items pilling, fading, or falling apart after minimal wear. Some reviewers also mentioned receiving incorrect sizes or experiencing issues with product design.

Poor Delivery Service

I would like to draw your attention to an issue regarding the recent parcel delivery. The post office did not complete the delivery properly, which has caused considerable frustration.

The driver rang the bell and left almost immediately without allowing reasonable time for someone to answer the door. As you are paying for the delivery service, and customers expect their products to be delivered to their doorstep, such unprofessional and unethical behaviour reflects poorly on the overall service experience.

I have already lodged a complaint with the post office. If possible, I kindly request that you consider engaging a more professional postage company or direct the current provider to wait at least one to two minutes during delivery attempts to allow customers sufficient time to respond.

Extremely disappointing customer…

Extremely disappointing customer service from Under Armour.
Order arrived 30/12/25. One item was missing, one was damaged, one was fine.
Complaint submitted 31/12/25. No response until 12/1/26, when they asked for photos, which were sent the same day.
On 20/1/26 I was told the missing item was now sold out due to their delay. A refund was issued instead of offering a reasonable replacement, and they refused to place an order “on my behalf.”
Replacement for the damaged item arrived on 5/2/26. Poor communication throughout and very unprofessional handling of a simple issue.

Refund not paid for my return …

Bought a pair of golf trousers for my husband for Christmas which were too large and needed to be returned. I was sent a QR code for the DHL return and took the parcel to drop off point (Michael's on Allfarthing Lane SW18) and when I hadn't received a refund three weeks later, i contacted UA to be told that the item hadn't arrived and to contact DHL. They were very unhelpful and despite me having a tracking number, they tried to suggest that my parcel had been refused by the DHL driver. I followed all the correct procedures and feel that UA should refund me for the item as it was logged with their courier and the parcel has gone missing. It's their courier and therefore their responsibility and i have no way to take it further. Impossible to speak to anyone at UA and they sent me a very passive aggressive email,

AVOID these clowns!

AVOID these clowns!
I sent a return via a shop with DHL. The shop scanned it and took my parcel. Three weeks later no refund. Customer service admit it WAS scanned at the shop but they cannot refund me because it seems to have been lost in the system.
This is a joke of a company. They really need to get modern systems in place and have accountability. Now I have to go via my bank to claim a refund.

Customer service was brilliant.

Customer service was brilliant.
I had a problem with some football boots and they were really helpful, giving me a refund despite me wearing them. I know some brands aren't as understanding.
Will definitely shop with UA again

Appalling customer service

The shoes were never delivered by DHL eCommerce (another customer experience mastermind there) and UA kept finding excuses to keep me waiting. They always “assured” me the delivery will happen the next day and this went on for a week, and of course no delivery happened. When I sent a formal complaint and ask for a refund, they refused and asked me to wait 14 working days for them to investigate.
This is their internal process, and the consumer law is clear - they should give an immediate refund. So I filed a chargeback request with my credit card company and got my money back in 1 day. And as of a sudden UA emailed me that they’ll refund me.
Pay with a credit card, ask for chargeback and supply evidence of failed deliveries and customer care chats.

Trying to return with Underarmour is…

Trying to return with Underarmour is the worst experience I’ve ever had. They want you to use a YEEP app beside the post boxes UPS. It doesn’t work. I then posted it back at my own expense and had to write an essay explaining all about the issues of returning. No email contact at all only an address. It took 3 and a half weeks for a refund and I checked the tracking also which showed it took them 3 weeks to accept it at their warehouse, strangely but 3 days after that I receive the refund. In total 24 days for a refund. The only brand that I will never and would advise others not to buy from online. Go into their store and buy if there is one nearby. Unfortunately there isn’t one near me as their sportswear is good.

Pity there is no option for no stars

Pity there is no option for no stars. Truly awful company. There is no customer service and the attitude is we don’t care. Short version: bought trainers, delivery company did not follow instructions and returned them to UA. UA have the shoes but won’t send them back to me. They say they do not have the right size at the price I paid ( they do they just won’t send them back) Their solution is? Buy another pair at twice the price but we will give you 20% off. They do not have and do not publish a formal complaint procedure- certainly in breach of UK law. As for contract law, they could not care less. AVOID.

This online store is a JOKE!!

This store is a JOKE!!! Do not spend your hard earned money with the company!!! Online returns are ran through a third party company and I’m not sure how but once they get they items back You can forget about getting your money back, they talk to you on the phone… text back all that stuff, but they come up with every excuse to give you a E-gift card instead of your hard earned money….i sent my son stuff back because it looked cheap… returned at Dicks so there’s a connection however the clothes at Dicks are better quality and you can exchange.. hmm, let me find out under Armour found a way to get rid of a bunch of factory shit they don’t need or want on our dime??? I’ve made it apart of my daily routine to share, post even made a page about this crap! Lost total interest in the company altogether because the throwing ROCKS AND HIDING THERE HANDS!!! Shame on them!

Awful company - Stay away!

I placed an order for a pair of trainers, to be delivered to a collection point. The courier stated they would be there on the 6th of Jan. They never arrived, every time I tracked the response was the 6th, even 8 days later! I reached out to Under Amour, never received a response. The item is showing back wuth them and yet still no response, or refund! Stay away from them as there's a real lack of customer service, they won't respond if there's an issue, and they don't acknowledge a return, basically you are on your own. Check their reviews, AWFUL company with shoddy goods

Shockingly bad service

I like under armor product, but the customer service is terrible. Clearly shipped out to people who have scripts and no understanding of Ecommerce.

My package never arrived, never attempted to deliver, i get it it happens, but you have to make it right and try and resolve it and get those products to me.

Having me chase it all the time, isnt a good thing.

I would be careful using this store

I had a pair of boots arrive

I had a pair of boots arrive. The most uncomfortable boots ever. I have used the DPD label into the box to return it. Go to one location "sorry we don't accept that here". Go to the second "sorry the label doesn't work".

Please use this ups label, follow link to where you can drop it off. Go to the locker it doesn't work.

Contact customer service. I think you will have to use another location. Brilliant 3 location so far still with the rubbish boot and no refund. Avoid like COVID

It’s really sad how this company gone…

It’s really sad how this company gone downhill, their customer service team should all be sacked. Sent an email regarding my undelivered product I have been waiting for two weeks no reply. Rang up today several times and when someone finally answered he hanged up even before I could say anything then it said the team is not available anymore and to call later. Did even think to look up on reviews as this company always was good what happened I don’t know but definitely they can’t be trusted anymore!!

My order never arrived and when I…

My order never arrived and when I contacted UA they told me to just keep waiting. I said I wasn't prepared to wait any longer as it'd been a week overdue, and the chat advisor just said "goodbye" like she was done talking about it. So now I have no choice but to initiate a chargeback and make sure I never shop with UA again. Their customer service is appalling and all these 1 star reviews are there for a reason.

I ordered a full price pair of Hovr 2.0…

I ordered a full price pair of Hovr 2.0 waterproof boots. The site said to size down by 0.5 so I ordered 8.5 uk size. The box said 8.5 but the boots inside are size 8. Paid £170 for you to put wrong size in a box ???? Oh well back to the other brands who can actually be trusted. I tried to give you the chance to compete but a simple error lost that!

Worse CS at under Armout

Returned an item using the DHL return label provided by Under Armour and dropped it off at an authorised DHL ParcelShop. The shop accepted the parcel and now refuses to return it, stating it is under DHL’s control.

Under Armour is refusing to process a refund because DHL failed to scan the parcel into their system, despite proof of drop-off. This shifts responsibility unfairly onto the customer for an issue between the retailer and their courier.

Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability for a straightforward return.

DONT TRUST THIS BRAND

I returned my order on 3 January, and tracking shows it was delivered to your returns facility on 6 January. As of today, 13 January, I have received no confirmation that the return has been processed, nor has any refund appeared in my account.

Terrible service!
