Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers encountered significant issues with their orders, frequently reporting problems with order fulfillment or items delivered with security tags still attached, making them unusable. People also expressed widespread dissatisfaction with the delivery service, citing extreme delays and problems with couriers, often requiring them to stay home for extended periods without receiving their parcels. Furthermore, the customer service was consistently described as unhelpful and difficult to reach, with many struggling to get assistance or resolve issues. While some customers found the product quality to be exceptional and were satisfied with their purchases, a notable number of people reported poor quality, with items pilling, fading, or falling apart after minimal wear. Some reviewers also mentioned receiving incorrect sizes or experiencing issues with product design.

Terrible shopping experience

Terrible shopping experience. Delays in shipment, did not meet the delivery date, products of poor quality, return process very complicated and the refund has not yet arrived, 10 days after return shipment. Will not buy again and will not recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered items that they say they had delivered and left in a safe place under my instructions. This instruction was never given so I can only call it theft by either under armour or the delivery company. Poor poor customer service to try and resolve this.

Give them a miss

Good products in general. However customer service are useless. They use FedEx which are slow albeit that is not the issue. I have tried two different FedEx terminals as indicated on the Under Armour website to make a return. Both shops could not process the return due to a service error which has lasted 3 days at least. Under Armours answer we cannot contact FedEx. Section 75 claim here we come.

UA South Africa - Poor Customer Service

My husband bought me a pair of Under Armour trainers as a Christmas gift. I only tried on one shoe and immediately realized it was too tight, so he logged a return request shortly after. The shoes were collected by a courier, and we received an email stating the return was rejected because the shoes “appeared worn.”

We accepted that decision, even though the shoes were not worn, and simply asked for them to be sent back to us. That was over four months ago, and despite calling several times and being told someone would get back to us, we’ve had no further feedback — and still no shoes.

At this point, we’ve paid for an item we don’t have, with no refund and no way to use or resell the product. It’s unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

We’re just asking for the shoes to be returned if a refund isn’t possible — but right now, we’re left with nothing.

The UK underarmour is very poor when…

The UK underarmour is very poor when compared to the USA. The USA have much better designs and clothes that fit. The UK designs are lazy, bland and never fit correctly. Underarmour should be embarrassed by the lack of imagination and design the UK branch has. All their clothes are just one colour, no pattern, no imagination, absolutely boring. Until they start getting creative, I won't be buying from the UK underarmour again.

Poor quality

Buying clothing from under armour is always a lottery. The material either: starts pilling, stitching starts to unravel, logo starts to come off or you buy the same piece of clothing in a different colour and it fits different each time. The clothing looks appealing at first but it’s pointless buying when there is always a possibility of something going wrong with it. Save your time and money.

I have bought their hats before

I have bought their hats before. I've notice the elastic inside the band is crap. It stretches out after a washing, and bubbles and makes it just a crappy hat. Paid $30 plus for it too, but no more. I like fitted hats but will not buy another one from under Armour. Cheap in, expensive. Keep the profits coming? Or ruined your brand name? I'll just buy the cheap one from another maker. At least I know it won't last long. Like most stuff nowadays. Throwaway. Where does it end? I wore the hat about 3 times before the elastic stretch beyond coming back to shape. Junk. Won't be fooled again

Under Armour the place not to be

So usually I like under Armour slides for their comfort but why does it only have one setting whats the point of a velcro strap that only has one position not every size 12 foot is fat these are more of a death trap as they are constantly falling off as I walk on stairs my foot slides so far forward my toes are hanging way off the edge if I go smaller on size the my heal is off the edge but what I did notice is all sizes have the same fatness of fitting I find this very poorly made and they wear kut in less than 2 months they dont last long at all and are overly prices for a fall apart hazardous slide under Armour if u keep this up you will be out of business before u know brands like you get replaced all the time for stuff like this also not everyone wants skinny pants or tampered bottoms and not everyone is 5 feet tall price go up as our cloths shrink even more and its ridiculous these are the first slides I bought in 10 years due to no one selling my size in my city shopping sucks when your 6foot 6 at 250lbs its like the world dont even think of us

I wish I had read the reviews of this…

I wish I had read the reviews of this pathetic company. The appalling rating correctly reflects how they handle issues. Ignorance, incompetence, taking customers for fools. Ordered a pair of trainers which arrived 2 weeks late, so obviously I bought a pair from another retailer, which arrived in a day. First step: they "investigated" and confirmed the trainers have been delivered. Replied to them showing screenshot of the tracking NOT delivered. They said they'll investigate again. I then returned the trainers and requested the postage cost be refunded, since 1. delivered 2 weeks late, 2. due to this I bought from else. The case handler, Simon, replied with some absolutely irrelevant, incompetent and blatantly ignorant answer. How such people can work in customer complaints, is beyond me. I have the best advice for others: avoid this company at all costs!

Expensive Pants Came Stained

I purchased a pair of pants online for $85 and when they arrived they had a stain on them.

The return process requires me to travel to a Staples store.

I am very hesitant to purchase products from the website because it isn’t convenient when the product arrives stained.

Impossible to reach out

The worst customer service availability. For a quality brand such as UA, it's unbelievable.
On their Contact Us page, the chat button never appears, and they never answer phone calls. the contact forum's send button is not activated.
They are available for only 3 days and 3 hours each.
Impossible to reach out!!!!

Appalling customer service

went to the Halifax branch of Boots yesterday as my Under Armour glasses had broke. They are less than 4 months old and the arm has snapped off.
The managers Rachel said in her opinion it was not a manufacturer fault but I had caused physical damage to it?
I have only put them on and taken them off a couple of times per week since I bought them in November.

She was rude and said she would send back to the manufacturer for their opinion but like I said to her they are not going to override your comments.
If they can’t less more than 4 months wear the arm is obviously not robust enough.
They only need a replacement arm as the breakage is past the screw pivot point.
They allegedly have a 12 months guarantee and Rachel’s comment summarised the level of customer service when she said I should have taken out their insurance. I replied I expected to them to last for more than 4 months.
The level of customer service is appalling and if the quality of Under Armour glasses can’t last 4 months wear and tear I wouldn’t recommend them or Boots for glasses ever again.

Placed order

Placed order. Order delivered packaging was damaged or had been tampered with. It was partially open and had been taped.
On opening the parcel there were items missing.
I contacted UA on the 27th Feb and I am still waiting for a resolution. This is very poor customer services.
I have had many items from UA previously and never had issues alway packaged very well. As soon as I seen that this parcel had been tapped I thought it was unusual.

Where has the quality gone?

The products are highly overpriced! I don’t see the quality of the jogging pants any better than lower priced stores. I find the leg length is not long enough for regular size 28” inseam is too short for anyone over 5 feet tall. At $70.00 regular price, they simply are not worth the price. Having the UA logo doesn’t qualify a regular price of $70.00-$90.00 IMHO they’re not worth more than $25.00-$30.00 at most. I have seen lots of complaints where the polyester items get picks /pulls in the material. Even a sales person mentioned this issue. Also the cotton blend have been noted to shrink even when following washing instructions. I don’t recommend them.
I also tried to leave a review that UA emailed me a link to complete. It appears they only publish nice reviews.

Disgraceful.

This companies customer service is beyond disgraceful. Even the CEO ignores your emails. And that tells you all you need to know. No CS = no business. Advice to anyone reading, do not purchase from this company, but from Adidas or Nike or someone else instead.
