Cannot contact you - i never received package
I would love to give 5 stars cause of the products. But i am trying to contact you by phone, email and chat and its been 3weeks without an answer. I never received my package and there is no one to help me. Answer one of my emails, or answer to the international number that is not working.
Unsafe materials
After 5 months the metal is corroding on the outside and showing strange marks on the inside. The same bottle bought 5 years earlier shows no such problems. Clearly they've changed materials, for the worse. They admitted I shouldn't drink from it.
When requesting a refund, Under Armour passes you to United Sports Brands to submit photos and info all over again to a company that never gets back to you. Just as with medical insurance: make it hard enough and most people will give up. They've lost me as a customer.
Terrible Customer service !
I ordered a jersey at a sale price. Normally I wear XL. According to the size chart it should have been correct but on arrival it was extremely tight and short. I sent it back only to find a higher price for the replacement order. After a few emails and being told basically tough sh*+I decided to continue to replace and made my order. The replacement arrived in a sealed bag but there was a small stain in the front. UA asked for photos and would investigate. I sent the info requested and noted that. i was not prepared to send it back and again wait 2 weeks for another. I made a reasonable request for a discount on a future order. After 10 day without a response I sent another email. Their response was that I could return the item ! Anybody who has read this far already understands this company may sell decent products albeit on the more expensive side but their customer relations and service are seriously terrible. For this reason my review and I will never buy from them again. I don't care what they say now because I really gave them an easy chance to satisfy a customer but they really didn't care at all.

Idk man this whole section seems a little toxic, because how can a top company like this have this low score. ALl my sporting stuff is from UnderArmour, like my duffle bag and techs for the gym. The quality is exceptional, and I am wearing the same tech shirt for 2 years already, and nothing ever happened to it. Yea you wait a bit till the stuff comes, but not that bad.
Very poor customer experience.
Ordered a shirt, dispatch was quite rapid. DHL reported a problem delivering it to the Service point and attempted delivery the following day. According to their tracking it was never delivered, I contacted DHL but had no useful information from them.
I contacted UA which is no easy feat, after some time they told me it was at the service point. I told them I had no information to support this and needed a pick up code. They replied that I didn't need a code just supporting ID. I pointed out that the information I'd received stated I must have a pick up code plus I had no knowledge of the parcel being delivered.
Got onto Paypal and they refunded immediately.
Overall a very poor customer experience, will not be buying from UA in future.
Problem Quickly Solved by Customer Service
I had a problem with an order (the shipper UA uses for some orders leaves a lot to be desired) and it was clearly the shipper's fault. I used the chat on the site and the customer service rep was friendly and efficient. They recognized immediately that I had waited a several days and shipped me a replacement order and gave me a coupon for my troubles. I am very pleased with the outcome. I needed shorts for my son's running camp and the quick action of the rep got them to me in time. Shout out to Mary Grace.

Under Performance
Bought some socks online which never arrived. Called UA customer service number which never works even between the hours mentioned. Finally managed to get through on email and two weeks later I received package with very poor quality product with a UK size of 7.5 to 12 that in my opinion fits nobody properly. ‘Under Performance’ are the words that come to my mind.

Literally impossible to return products in the UK. No return label provided with order and no way to print one. Emails ignored, online chat doesn't work and phoneline always busy and cuts out. Online account has no record of order. Shocking service. Will never order their products again.
Under armour store in Roermond
I would like to share my very disappointing experience at an Under Armour store in the Netherlands. As a person with a disability, I was denied priority access despite presenting my European disability card, which is valid and recognized across all EU member states.
Not only did the store employee refuse to acknowledge my rights, but I was also asked to leave the store, with the claim that my card “doesn’t work in the Netherlands.” This attitude is not only discriminatory, but also in violation of European law regarding accessibility and equal treatment of people with disabilities.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of respect, ignorance of the law, and the unacceptable treatment I received. This is shocking behavior coming from an international brand like Under Armour, which should be promoting inclusion and respect for everyone’s rights.
I sincerely hope that proper action will be taken to educate store staff on the fundamental rights of people with disabilities and to prevent others from facing similar discrimination in the future.

It can take an extremely long time for your order to arrive. You’ll have to wait at least 8 weeks before you’re even eligible to request a refund. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from this company unless you’re prepared to wait indefinitely after spending $150 or more on an online purchase.

Received my order, the box was intact no damage however there was a missing item.
Contacted UA and after an investigation, they claimed this was not the case.
I've paid for a top that I didn't receive.

Disgraceful
Ordered a tracksuit to be delivered to a shop close to where I live. Went to collect when I had the email to say it had arrived and they said they couldn’t give it to me as I had no collection code. Tried to contact under armour but messages will not be sent and cannot contact them via phone. Since had an email to say it hasn’t been collected which it clearly has not as I know the shop owner would not give without a collection code. I am now out of pocket and without the parcel. Service is absolutely disgraceful. Will never use again and will warn others off the company aswell.

I bought this patriot under armour military boots, the day i graduated from basic for AF. This happened at Lackland AFB minimall around April 22nd
I did not wear this boats until i got to my training base Fort Sam houston. i started my school on 1st of May and since i had field training i wear my old ones didn't want to dirty the new ones. I basicly started using this boots second week on May. We are on June 14th and my boots coming out of it's stitches in 1 month. Today I went in to Fort Sam patriot store, Lady there was very rude she told me she can't do nothing about it. My boots clean it looks as new but side stitches coming on done. She wants my receipt but all i have is bank account to show i spent 173.20 on 5/22 in patriot store. I'm an airman i don't have many to spend every month 173 dollars including tax for boots, she wants my receipt but i did not think this item with the good name will do this in a month and i did not have any desire to change or refund this item that is the reason i don't have my receipt. Patriot stores and under armour stores web site does not except any item from in store purchase because i don't have a order number so it doesn't allow me for anything, no phone numbers for customer center. I'm a military, we can't leave the base, can't go in any cars or ubers, can't be without my unit. I'm on phase one till july this means I'm very stricted, so i can't go to other base to get a answer for my problem because Patriot store here doesn't want to help me in anyway. I'm getting write up because of my boots and i do not think it is justice for me to spend over 170 dollars for a new boots when i just purchased new one last month. By the time i get out from my phase 1 my time will runout and no one will beleive me this happened in one month. Do not buy under armour military boots especially from military bases, if i wasn't this stricted i would have never bought this item. This is unexceptable! Uncaring Sales Staff and Management
Sales people at Under Armour outlet in Mississauga Heartland left the security tags on my purchase. Had to drive a long distance back to the store. Sales person and manager couldn’t care less….no apologies for their error or acknowledgement of my gas or time wasted.
While I was there, another customer had the exact same issue. Same uncaring response.

Free shipping??? sorry but no! is this fraud?
I ordered 2 tshirts from UA in UK and the invoice clearly states that the shipping is free. Following the delivery of the tshirts from UPS I have now received a bill from UPS for £20.73 for shipping. I have contacted both UPS and UA but have received no response so far.
