I wish 0 stars was an option. I ordered some items for a xmas gift and not only did I not receive any email regarding shipment, when I eventually called weeks later to ask about the status, they said it was delivered - it turns out the items were delivered to a completely different address. They assured me it would be resent to the correct address. I checked days later and they said it was on its way. Then finally I called a few days later again and they noted it was stolen.
Never had an issue until now
I love Under Armour tops and Sports Bras but i placed an order and Under Armour incorrectly marked the UPS Pick up Point as a Home delivery because of this the shop keeper refused the delivery Under Armour have been really unhelpful and the agent abruptly ended the live chat when i asked for these items to be sent back out yes they said they will refund the items but the point is i wanted the items which was in sale and now they haven't got these items in stock so what use is that to me? I called up and spoke to another agent who im sure heart was in the right place offered me a 15% discount code but the items i brought was in the sale 40% off i never buy full price items from Under Armour because i think they are too expensive and cant justify the price all the items i have ever brought have been sale what would have been appropriate would of been to actually look at my account notice i buy things in the sale and give me 40% discount code its as if they are throwing a tiny discount at you to shut you up so you go away well no that discount isnt any use to me its always the people worst off in society that end up getting screwed over people like me who have to use pick up points cause of been at work in an office unable to have stuff delivered to my home.

do not ever buy shoes from this unreliable company, they do make shoes that cost an arm and last one month. If you want tp throw money down the drain you can shop with their products. I contacted them for help about the shoe that is defective and they just said no refunds and bye bye
As a first time customer
As a first time customer, Under Armour, Tanger Mall, two thumbs up/A+ for Mr Quran who went above and beyond helping me find items. Yes, I know this is part of his job, helping customers, but he did it with politeness and mannerism, taking time out of his busy schedule straightening up the clothing that folks rummage through and throw back on the table. Mr. Jarrell helped me at the register, forgetting some items, I had to get out of line, Mr. Jarrell put my clothes aside until I returned. Thank you again Mr Quran and Mr. Jarrell. They both were professional and very well mannered!!

It's an issue on UA's side not my card or my bank. The good thing is payment returned, and ASICS have better products and proper running shoes. I'm done with UA.

Under Armour - DO NOT USE
I would like to give zero stars but I cannot so I have to give 1 star. I have placed an order with UA and not received my item. They have taken funds from my account without delivering my item and will not look into the issue for me. Live chat agents are no use and will not help. I have asked how to persue a complaint and the agent abrubtly ended the chat Therefore UA have my money but not delivered goods. I'm pretty sure this is fraud. I will not use them again.

Returned the order as clothes didnt fit and used the supplied UPS label. Looks like order has been lost, Under Armour are refusing to help and are telling me its my job to investigate with UPS. When in fact its their responsability.
Live chat is rubbish they just end the chat once they say its been dealt with and calls are only answer for 4 hours a day 3 days a week!
Will be informing the financial ombudsman!
Poor website experience
Under Armour used to have a good website. Over the last year their order system has been atrocious. I used to purchase a lot from their site and received a gift card from a friend. Trying to use this on their site has been a nightmare, my initial order was cancelled, even getting a new gift card from support still caused cancels. Worse, even trying to buy with a regular credit card causes cancels now too. Customer support has no idea what caused it and I've given up trying. Thankfully their products are on other sites like Amazon now as their actual site is useless. Still don't know what to use the gift card for though as there is no physical stores near me.

Very difficult to order on line. Customer service, couldn’t understand them. Finally placed order to find no discount as offered. Rang customer service again and it couldn’t be changed. They Suggested when item received send it back! I wouldn’t have bothered with this palaver if it wasn’t for a wanted present. Terrible customer service
Not what I asked for
I placed an order on November 15th, and the order was supposed to be delivered November 25th. I noticed a shipping label was created, but the order was never picked up. This was likely due to the Canada Post strike. As the order was still with Under Armour, I decided to ask UA customer service if it was possible to change the carrier. At first the rep told me to send a different address and that the package could be sent to a physical address. I sent a physical address (as opposed to a PO Box), as requested. I then received a message saying that the items were out of stock and a refund had been issued. I never once asked for a refund. I asked IF the shipping method could be changed. I got these items during a sale, so I’ve also now missed out on that. Once I responded to the rep stating I never once asked for a refund, I got nothing but silence. I’m not at all pleased with how my question was handled. I hope that in the future, Alex Y. will consider what is being asked by the customer, and not make decisions on their behalf. I’ve been a loyal customer of under Armour, however, experiences like this certainly put a damper on the way I view the company.
Dumbest website
My account is under MY name, my unidays account is under MY name, yet for some reason my code was authorized to the CARD HOLDER who is my friend who offered to help pay for my stuff. How does that make sense? My order then got cancelled for SECURITY MEASURES. I explained to customer support that the code is under MY name, and their response? "oh I'm sorry, it's authorized to another user". They can't even fix the issue through their system, thank goodness the payment didn't go through or I'd be amazingly pissed at the response I got for a code that should be authorized to the UniDay account holder, which is me!

I purchased a pair of leggings which then failed 10months later after a handful of wears. I contacted customer care expecting a replacement to be sent out or a full refund to be provided and I provided multiple images of the faulty item with now cannot be used.
I communicated with customer care over several days to finally be offered a £40 voucher. However this cannot be used on sale items or on any order with a sale item, and I bought the original item at sale price. So to receive a replacement, I would have to purchase a full price item and therefore spend more money - paying twice over to have only one functional item.
The customer support advisor skirts around the actual issue and request and tried to imply that under armour are being very generous with this unhelpful voucher.
I am very unhappy and disappointed with this support, I have been a repeat customer and now I have to resolve the fault by paying more for a new item? It does not make sense.

Under Armour new trend , is scamming people money by selling the trash of clothing and once shipped to the client they avoid any contact with the client to answer his calls for return or refund , they deny their customer service number , this trashy business is an insult to the American business .
Returned a product but did not receive the money back
Sent an email to try to switch size on a shirt before it got sent, but never received a reply. Few days later it was sent. Tried to return it and followed the return policy, but never got the cash back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Under Armour. I ordered a pair of shoes (Order Number: OC-00558517, Product Number: UA3028486001-08F), and not only did I receive a defective product the first time, but the replacement they sent was also defective.
Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times, I was met with no meaningful resolution or follow-up. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I’ve had no choice but to throw the shoes away, as they were unusable.
After this experience, I will no longer be purchasing from Under Armour, and I highly recommend others consider alternatives if they expect reliable service and quality products.
