I’ve had three pairs of underground creepers now and they’re my favourite shoes ever!! Rinna helped me through my latest order and was so thorough and kind. Will be ordering again soon!

I've been buying clothes, shoes, and accessories from Underground for well over 20 years, but mostly through local shops or sites that carried their items. I started shopping directly with them after visiting their previous location on Berwick street, but now only shop directly on their site.
I recently picked up 3 new belts, and it was a super easy transaction, at totally reasonable prices, and super fast shipping to the west coast of the USA.
All of my experiences with their team, whether in shop or online, have been professional and easy. All of their products have stood the test of time in terms of durability and build quality, and I'm super hard on my clothes.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED CUSTOM SHOES TWO YEARS AGO, THEY DIDN'T DELIVER THEM AND HAVE PROMISED ME A REFUND FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. EMPTY PROMISES AND NO MONEY. THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Edit: After almost two years and threatening to expose them to their famous ambassadours, I got my refund. FINALLY! :)

Beautifully made shoes, as always, and lovely customer service.

I ordered my creepers online and they were delivered within 10 days. These shoes are well worth the money and although other similar creepers are available online that are cheaper, I would alway buy from Underground as I know they are the best quality. I also can recommend the customer care this company provide as when I have emailed to chase up a previous order they always responded quickly and very helpfully to my query which was resolved. I love these shoes and this brand, and always check out the sale or outlet tab online for a bargain. Also more recently I bought some GOLDEN leather (!) creepers from Underground from their French website/shop. They arrived beautifully boxed and although it took 3 weeks I was updated by the couriers and French postal system. I have no bad words to say about Underground as I think their shoes are well worth the money - they are unique.

Today, for my mother was helped a lot at the underground station Vitoria she got lost and could not reach the address but in Customer service Supervisor Fatima Abdul very much supported and helped her I want to said she thank you very much for you help.

Quick to deliver and good quality overall ! I have no complaints and I recommend the brand for creepers.

I'll start by saying the quality of the footwear and ethos of the brand IS good.
But the communication is not. Underground are notorious for delays in orders which I first assumed to be only affecting custom orders but now it seems effects their entire product range bar a couple models of Creepers. Now I can completely understand production delays in this post-pandemic climate but what I am dissapointed with is all this information explaining the delay issues was provided to me after I receieved the shoes 6 months after placing the order.
If this transparency was highlighted on their webstie where it shows "available on back-order" I would be more understanding and most likely still order the shoes as I prefer to support this type of brand over more fast-fashion types. I'll say it does seem like they are finally taking on board customer-feedback and will be making improvements so I look forward to seeing the changes....

I have never had something ship and get delivered so quickly, and I live across the pond from these guys! On top of that the shoes are incredibly well made with surprisingly high quality leather (I would expect that shoes made this way with this quality of leather to be in the 4-500 dollar range).
Wonderful company and I will likely be shopping with them again, and would definitely recommend them to others.

Well, I'm not one to leave reviews too often but Underground England's star review needs to be fixed...

Regarding customer service issues:
I was ordering online and contacted service about back order delays. I got an answer practically in the minute and all communications thereafter have been the same, even on weekends and evenings. Fast beyond expectation and with a genuine desire to help and make any upcoming transaction swift.

Regarding product availability/production delays/delivery:
I was looking to replace DM 1914 reds which they don't make anymore. Underground's Rangers fit the bill but were only available on special order. Expected delays were clearly stated on the website and I was ok with that. Still, I asked (service again!) if a pair was maybe taking dust in the warehouse and sure enough, either there was one or Underground had managed to fully restock but I received an e-mail confirming my order was fulfilled on the next business day. I got the boots three business days later... for an overeas order! Amazing again.

Regarding product quality:
Well, I haven't had the boots too long but the initial impression is of top tier materials and craftsmanship. Heavy duty leather, beautiful finish, expected fit (they indeed fit large. The company's suggestion to get a size down is accurate). Super sticky soles... which is important to me as they have already been through a few beer drenched mosh pits, with great success and stability! And speaking of pits, it calls again to the quality of the leather. The boots look beat as hell when I leave shows but a quick rag and all is good. I'm nowhere near nice to them either...

So there you have it. I'm impressed across the board!

I’ve been an Underground customer for almost 30 years. IMO you cannot beat the quality and style of the originals! Yes, they have had some supply issues in the past year and I’m very much hoping they are now back up to speed! My shoes once received did not disappoint and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from these lovely people again ❤️

I just had another great experience ordering a pair of creepers. I contacted customer service regarding creepers in specific colors months ago. They didn’t have then but they promised to write me as soon as they were back in stock. I had almost forgotten about it when they contacted me. Everything went smoothly and I had them few days later. Great service!

If you are hesitant ordering from them because of the bad reviews, just write them and ask if the specific product is in stock. They typically answer right away and you can trust the answer.

My third pair of custom Wulfs! Proper delighted when they arrived, amazing to wear and everyone loves them nearly as much as I do. Quality is spot on and customer service throughout was excellent, thank you.

In the last year I have ordered and received 3 pair of custom creepers. The quality, style, and fit of Underground creepers is peerless. I recommend them without hesitation.

I have never before received such terrible communication from a company, it's like it's a scammy illegitimate company. I placed an order in June and as the order was for my wedding I was sure to ask when I would receive my order before placing it, and was told by mid-July, mid-July came and went and no update, I was then told I would receive my order by Aug 4, but again no update and no order, and then I was told that at the latest my order would arrive in the week commencing Aug 21st, but that was a week ago and I still have not received any notification of dispatch or anything. Each time I call the customer service line I'm told it will be marked as urgent but rarely hear back, and online queries aren't any better. You have to chase and chase and then they say they'll provide an update but they don't. The one slight redemption is that I was offered complimentary shoes as I still hadn't received any update on my order - but they were not the item I had ordered or originally wanted to spend money on and I was told I would still receive the item I actually wanted, but I still haven't and requested a refund as I just have no faith in this company, they don't reply and my wedding has been and gone, and the lack of communication has meant I've had to complain to the trading standards through citizens advice and ombudsman as Underground England don't even have a complaints procedure and are just not replying to my queries or request for refund. Honestly buy from anywhere but here. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate my order was custom-made but I've had to hound for any semblance of communication and often haven't received even the bare minimum.

TMI: So the experience was indeed frustrating and misleading, waited 9 months, missed a lot outings where I planned to wear them, and had to check in for ‘updates’ where I’m sure even they had no idea what was really happening at the factories, BUT when my custom pair finally arrived they were so good I felt like ordering another pair in a different colour straightaway, and all my plans about writing a spicy email of complaint just fell away like sand through my fingers; I had peace in my heart! No hard feelings. Reminds me of this guy I know 😉😏, he can be quite dismissive and out-of-order actually (Underground were always nice), but then he’ll come over one night, literal months after being off the radar, talking and joking like everything is fine, and I’m trying not to laugh or be soft but he knows the charm etc will work, and then I forget how mad I was at him. Underground was the gentle but identical sibling of that guy, still late, but then came through with a glorious pair of shoes, and all was forgiven. And I was never a shoes person but now I have to extend the alter-ego/smart dress/‘shoes’ portion of my wardrobe and make more trousers because these creepers are so *chef’s kiss*. The quality and the fit are great, true to size, I’m an 8 in trainers so thought it might be a risk getting an 8 in my first shoe and anxious that after a long wait I’d find out they fit small, but instead they do feel reeally good; I actually had to LIE about my ‘feet hurting in my new shoes’ to get away from the function I first wore them to. Totally recommend. Again these were my first ever creepers and a custom order so I was extra upset while waiting but if you already wear nice shoes I reckon the wait time (normally less) won’t be an issue because you have options. But defo worth the wait if you have to anyway. ❤️‍🔥

Great quality, fast shipping
