So I’m beyond pissed right now and figured I’d share this in case anyone else has dealt with the same crap.

I requested a 560€ withdrawal from Unibet on Nov 15.
Since then, it’s been 16 days of total nonsense:
• They first asked for ID → sent.
• Then bank card → sent.
• Then 60 days of bank statements → sent.
• Then bank statements AGAIN for a different date range → sent.
• Then the exact same bank statement request AGAIN.
• Still nothing approved.

And now out of nowhere, after 2+ weeks of waiting, they send me a new message saying I need to provide proof of income:
• payslip
• pension certificate
• dividend statement
• or tax certificate

I’m literally a student with no income, and none of these apply to me.
They already have two months of my bank statements. They can clearly see where my deposits came from. But they keep recycling the same requests and dragging this out like crazy.

At this point it’s hard not to think they’re doing this on purpose to delay the withdrawal and hope people give up. Their profile “verification countdown” even changed from 30 days to showing 17 days left and back to 30 days like 5 times, which just makes it more confusing.

I sent them a formal message demanding:
1. A list of ALL remaining documents at once
2. An explanation why the ones I sent weren’t enough
3. And processing of my withdrawal within 72 hours

…still no reply.

Customer support chat is useless and keeps giving generic “you are in the queue” answers.

This is honestly starting to feel like a scammy tactic, not a real verification process. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’m escalating it to the gambling license authority and EU consumer protection.

It's not about whether they're good or bad. It's bad either way, because they won't pay you any money if you keep winning. They have a system like a i anyway, and it's only going to get worse, which is why I would advise you never to do business with them. They're the biggest scammers on the planet.
