I signed up and instantly was blocked from making any deposits and removed from any promotions or offers. I contacted customer service, and was told that after a review with transunion I am permanently blocked from depositing into the account.... my credit score is perfectly fine and I offerred to provide evidence of funds, identity etc. but customer service told me this is permanent and rejected any documents.

This is a horrible way to treat new customers. Would not recommend at all, waste of time and data.

Aquired a bonus when signing up with a deposit for slots, even wins i had obtained using that same bonus I could not withdraw.

After 15 years of being an Unibet player, they ve just blocked my account without any valid reason and trashed it permanently.(some AI software showed that iam too often on the site,while just watching my bets live) 2 years ago Unibet has changed owner and since all gone wrong. leave it till you can!

I just like to start by saying please never play with unibet they're a disgrace, I deposit €2000 over this weekend just gone was down €700 at one stage, got myself back to €2550 by betting on Chelsea and Liverpool game, fully verified the account from the start and all sudden there refusing to pay out my winnings just given the deposit back, also parent company owns Irish Lotto and French Lotto I urge every Irish person who's been screwed by these to write to local TD and ask for Irish lotto contract not to be renewed with this company. Harm there reputation it's only way to get them back

I have used the casino part of this site for about 3 years but never really thought very much of it at all.

This is mainly due to the limited number of casino promotions and I had never won anything of note, certainly nothing worth withdrawing.

However, I decided to give Unibet another go, and over the last couple of days I actually won a decent amount of money and had a very positive experience, not just because of the wins either.

Game play/site:

The site is easy to navigate and there is an excellent variety of games available, although there could perhaps be more table blackjack games and I’m not keen on the green colour scheme but that’s just personal preference.

I also like the transparency of the gaming and transaction history.

It’s almost instantly updated and very detailed as they actually list the title of every game/hand/spin you have played with the full details regarding initial bet and win.

This is something that many other online casinos fail to provide, and often don’t even display the game title or any history at all, due to a “technical error”, which is conveniently never fixed, or if the information is provided, it can often take a long time for it to be updated.

Customer Support:

On the two occasions I had a question, it was extremely easy to access live chat and I was immediately connected to an actual human being, instead of a bot with multiple choice options and none of which are ever what you need!

Both agents were extremely efficient, friendly and a genuine pleasure to deal with, which I think is a rarity these days with other online casinos and in business generally.

I would go as far as to say it’s the best customer support I have received from anywhere in a very long time.

I made two withdrawals via Apple pay and even though it said 1-3 working days, I received both payments within less than 30 minutes, on a Saturday too!

I am definitely a convert after initially not enjoying the site and would highly recommend.

I would give 0 if i could. Very scammy site- especially towards beginners. Your cash deposits will not be used but instead their "bonus" is used- so if you win any of your bets- you cannot get access to any winnings until £1000 winnings have been met.

Scammers. Deposited 100€, got 100€ bonus. Normally once you lose the bonus and the real cash, you should be able to play with regular money. Not on this website, c*unts have a clause that you need to roll 35x the amount initially deposited in order to finally be able to play with ‘real money’. Hope you burn in hell ❤️

I had an account at unibet.com with a balance of more than 3500 euros (I don't want to disclose the exact amount), I decided to log in to it to withdraw money, since they had been there for a long time. Recently I discovered that my account no longer exists on unibet.com and the support service says that my account was transferred to boabet.com since they left the Latvian market and told me to contact boabet.com, I contacted boabet.com and they tell me that they cannot find such an account, unibet.com also says that such an account does not exist! Well, how does it not exist, if I have all the confirmations on the email, how I communicated with the support to pass verification, when the account was registered and so on. What should I do? Nobody warned me or informed me that my account was deleted or would be transferred. Absurd.

Run for the hills people. A corrupt horrendous company. Will close your account when you win 100% but not before they claw 17k back. The biggest Micky mouse operation in Malta. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Yesterday I got an email from Unibet offering a bonus. Every time I try to deposit $50 (four times) PayPal declined my transactions and at the same time I was getting an email each time with a link. Apparently someone was trying to withdrawn from my PayPal account $641.07

Lethargic servers means you constantly have connection issues , conveniently when your running hot and have a great hand and investment you will see the connection error appear you can almost bet on it!!
Would it be so bad to re invest some of the billions that are made here so we can play a smooth game once in a while.

So funny when you read reviews and there is so so many 1 stars of people with bad experiences. That are true experiences. But then you always come across 1 or two five stars. 🤣🤣🤣. It’s clearly the company’s themselves popping up a review from employees to try help with how much hate they get for their scamming behaviour.
