Personale qualificato, disponibile e accorto. Quando si dice che la mia banca è differente, lo è davvero. Renato Venturi filiale Nardò è il top.

Horrible bank

Horrible bank, so called "modern" which wants to take over Commerzbank. First, get your own relations together and then look for purchases. The customer service is a disgrace and if you get your account locked for whatever reason, have fun unlocking it. It should be banned in Europe this horrible institution. My mother, which is not so young anymore, waited over 40min in line at her costs when a lady said "wait a second". You should be ashamed of yourself !

Service was not good at all

Make an appointment online to create a New bank account and confirm (via Latta 04 Rome) at 09.00 AM. The day before for the appointment day, I received a SMS to confirm the appointment too. Waited more than one and a half hours but the consent persons still did not start their Duty all the cabins are empty except one (who was busy with their own work) Around 10:30 AM one gentleman came and said He can't help me with the same because my working place not round his bank areas. I tried to explain to him why I was in his bank but he did not help me out. First of all, we made an appointment at least the person should come on time and wait for the person. As a Bank needs more help full and more pilots for the customers. The first impress was not good and time was wasted. Feel unhappy

The epitome of uselessness

In regard to the UniCredit branch in Via Dante Alighieri 1, Genoa.

When it comes to this branch of UniCredit (I do not know how other branches are) one-star rating is way too much. The atrium is generally full of clients while the “impiegati” spend time chatting and faking activity. And I thought that the term “impiegato” meant employed! But employed doing what in this case?

The queen of the “fannulloni” (those who are allergic to work) certainly belongs to the lady (apologies to all women for using that term for her) who warms up the chair at position 5. I do not believe she has ever worked once in her career. She is the type of person who spends more time faking being busy than actually doing something. Go there near lunch break—that’s between opening hour and closing time—and she will find a good reason not to help you. Your request: “Good morning, I need to do A.” Her answer: “ah! This is difficult! Call the director! I am afraid you have to ask permission to the parliament! There are too many documents to sign! Call the director! Gee I am fainting!”

Useless bunch of “fannulloni” at best. Avoid this branch, its director, maybe even the bank, there are many around you can use.

Uniredit bank in Serbia

Uniredit bank in Serbia, Belgrade - I came on friday on 3pm. Only one service was working on busiest day and a lot of people were waiting. Nobody cared about that. It is always procedure with this bank, for some checks I had to go 4,5 times to get them.

Employee refused to open a bank account to a non-Italian national

I visited the Roma Ostiense branch, to ask some questions about opening a new bank account. I am not Italian, but an EU citizen who has registered residency in Italy with a fiscal code etc., so legally based in Italy. The representative I had an appointment with told me that because I am not Italian I cannot open a bank account with UniCredit, even though I showed all the necessary documents! He even proposed I open a bank account with one of the competitor banks. This has been an extremely disappointing experience and I am shocked with the incompetence and lack of basic knowledge by the representative. Like the bank employee suggested, just go with a competitor bank if looking to open a new account in Italy.

I lost all my money with Unicredit!!!

I lost all my money with Unicredit!!!

Worst security technologies they have. I was scammed by fishing site, informed them nearly a minute after, on phone they said it’s all gonna be ok, but it fact I lost ALL my money. With all the papers from police investigation etc, I wrote emails and explained and proved it wasn’t me making that transfer, they sent me a response that “I violated” some paragraphs!!! Unimaginable!!!!

It’s both financial and psychological trauma right here!!!

The transfer was ‘pending’ for 3 days and they didn’t stop it. They said after it’s done they’ll take care of it.

But when it was done they said it’s out of Europe account and they cannot do nothing.

Just like that.
All other banks have security and here it’s huge fees, low quality service, and zero security.

Stay away from them!!!

Don't bank with this Compay!

I have finally managed to pay off my mortgage and close my Unicredit account! It is one of the happiest days of my life! Since 2005 I have had to pay an increasing fee (at the time of closing, 19 euro per month) just for having an account. I had two direct debits set up, for my electricity and my mortgage but, although this is an online account, the only way I could make payments was to come into the branch and fill in a form! A few months ago, they changed the number of digits in the access pin. In February, having forgotten this, and the pin(!) I got locked out of my account. I tried ringing the Branch who said they could do nothing - I needed to remember my pin - or come into the branch. I live in England!! I tried calling customer services in Milan who said they would unblock it for me - but it didn't work. So, this week, I finally went into the Branch in person. After a couple of attempts, they were able to unblock my access to the account. We transferred the money to pay the outstanding balance of my Unicredit mortgage. But they said we would have to wait until the money reached my Unicredit account. Fair enough, we thought. So 2 days later, we went to the branch again and they transferred the money to my Unicredit mortgage account. But they said this wouldn't happen immediately so we had to return again thr next day. This time they said I still couldn't close the account because 2 of my payments (from 3 days ago) hadn't gone through. When I asked how long this would take they said 'up to a week'! Most of the conversation was in Italian as only one person in the bank seems to speak any English! I told them I was now angry! I told them I needed to close the account NOW. Finally, after a lot of reading up on the rules on their part (plus a 20 minute pause for them to attend an internal party or celebration of some sort in one of the offices) I was asked to sign several documents in Italian without giving me the opportunity to read them (though I insisted on taking the time to translate and read them). They ceremoniously cut up my debit card and I returned their token for the online account. Over the years I have repeatedly asked (in Italian) for their help and got nowhere. While my account was blocked I repeatedly emailed them to at least tell me my account balance and they ignored this question. When we tried to move the branch from Brindisi to Ostuni, the whole process took 2 years and then, finally another 2 hours in the branch because they realised they hadn't transferred the paperwork! I have NEVER dealt with such an unhelpful, disorganised company and they have charged me for this 'privilege' for over 19 years! Never, ever consider banking with them!!

Teller to busy doing nothing to serve us

We were the first and only customers in the branch in Brindisi but the man behind the counter made us wait 10 minutes - without acknowledging us - while he counted money, left his desk and pottered around pretending to be too busy to actually do his job and deal with customers. Shockingly bad customer service.

Proper bank in italy

After being in many other banks in italy (ing/paschi di siena/Intesa...etc), Unicredit seemed to be the only one who treated us as customers.
Everything went good and professional. Very pleased with the service provided.

They forced me to pass from there 3…

They forced me to pass from there 3 times to open a bank account which should have been opened online in 5 minutes.

Lazy, not professionals, bad!

I sent them a complaint and the answer was "we are sorry but we are happy that you finally opened you account".

Via ragazzi!
