Unhelpful
I ordered p.e leggings for both of my daughters. They took months to come. Within a month of getting them they were falling apart. I contacted them and sent both pairs of leggings back they would only replace 1 pair of leggings stating the other pair were from another shop when the shop they mentioned had been closed for some time this is now the only place i can get my daughters school uniform from

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately when you purchase the 1 pair of leggings from us, it was during the peak season and at the height of the supply chain issues across the UK. When the stock came in, your order was fulfilled. Your pair of leggings are the only faulty ones to have come back to us. The other pair you sent back to us were not bought from us and therefore we cannot replace them for you. You have no proof of purchase for the 2nd pair you attempted to return, yet we have your whole transaction history which states you bought 1 pair from us. Furthermore, the print on the 2nd pair of leggings is totally different colour, font and size to ours, and we know for certain these were bought from Sue’s Schoolwear. You are more than welcome to take those leggings back to the school with your complaint and they will be able to confirm they were bought from Sue’s and not us. We went above and beyond to accommodate your return of the leggings you bought from us, so thank you for appreciating the effort we made to resolve your issue.
