Customer Service (CS) was amazing, responsive and friendly. However, I waited 1 week before reaching out to CS after placing my order because I still hadn't received a confirmation email for the order (I still haven't 3 weeks later! Thankfully I took a screenshot of the confirmation page when I ordered). No recognition at all from the Company, but my card was charged. I was afraid it was fraud. CS confirmed that it was placed and ready to ship. I paid for express Int'l Shipping, and it's been 3 weeks, and I still don't have my order, and your tracking link provides no details except that it's in the USA (somewhere). I won't be purchasing from this website again.

The confirmation email sometimes may be sent to junk mail or the server could have potentially blocked receiving the confirmation. We currently have our website under maintenance to resolve this error for future reference. I can see your order arrived within 14 days of the order being placed due to the previous order placed being unsuccessful in payment. Our parcels are shipped from the UK and estimated delivery time is 10-14 days to the US. I gave a wrong address when ordering the product. Unineed Team replied to my emails immediately and fixed the issue even though it required a lot of follow ups throughout international delivery.

Good quality for low prices
When we ordered we actually didn’t know what we should expect. After the package arrived we have been so impressed that we got this for very little money and after first tries it seems to be off very good quality.
