They were very prompt getting back to me on some confusion on my part. A reseller shipped the goods from Malmö, Sweden. I got the shipment well packed, just as described, an authentic product at a better than average price!

ZERO!! FRAUDSTERS!!! AVOID LIKE THE WORST POSSIBLE PLAGUE!!!
ZERO!!! more like it! Avoid! this is a fraudulent company they will take payment from you then lie about having taken the money , you won’t be notified of your order details when you place the order or confirm your order afterwards they will then wait for the customer to get in touch “of course about not having received the order” they will deny having received payment first and foremost then later claim they have a reference number confirming delivery of the item!
It’s about 3 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it yet. Fraudsters avoid like the worst possible plague!!!
In response to your reply. Item still not received it’s over 4 weeks since I made the order on your website!
No post office employee will give out any package without the right ID as stated earlier in my email correspondence. I haven’t visited that post office in about 4 weeks! so the question is where are the details of the order you claimed to have shipped? Who in their right mind would go to the post office without any details whatsoever about an order?
I have learnt my lesson to stick with reputable retailers that I know will not try to defraud me. Trying to defraud unsuspecting customers who are looking to spend their hard earned money in the current financial climate you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Great company, fantastic range of products. I recently had an issue with a delivery of an order - I contacted the company and they got back to me right away and sorted everything out.
