I don't get what I ordered
I am not well informed about where is my product, I even wasn't told which service they use to deliver. I got an notification four days ago saying the product has been shipped, that's all. So I have to chase up the customer service myself. People shopping online to enjoy the convenience, but this experience is not convenient at all. I don't know I will finally get what I ordered or chase for a refund.

Excellent service
Although my order could not be fulfilled the customer service was excellent. The response was quick and Iona was very helpful and polite. A refund or replacement was offered.

Placed a order on the 25th august haven’t received any despatch notification email. Have contacted them via email and Facebook message with no reply. Most likely a spam my website will have to open a chargeback case through my credit card company now. Waste of time.
UPDATE: funnily they refunded me right after I left this review saying they’re out of stock! It took them two weeks to realise they’re out of stock. I’m pretty sure if I didn’t leave this review or paid with a credit card they would not have refunded me. Terrible.
