If i could give no stars I would!!!!

If i could give no stars I would!!!!! a week later no order, no reply to numerous messages, phone straight to answer phone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My gut feeling is that they are going bankrupt! - shocking shocking company.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Ordered some items on 19th February, chased 4 times via email and contact form on website. Each time, they claimed that they would re-send the order. Nothing has ever been received and I doubt it ever will. Unable to telephone them as the phone number goes to a message box which is full. Ended up getting a refund through PayPal yesterday. Would never use again.

Packaging bags

The order was dealt with well and it was nice to be able to talk to a person on the telephone when I had a query. The parcel took a week to arrive and I didn’t get an email telling me it was on its way

Appalling service

Appalling service
Order never arrived and was promised several call backs but never received. Didn't respond to emails until I said I was going to contact Trading standards. Advised that my parcel had been lost by the courier but was unable to provide me with a tracking number.
