Helpful and fast
We urgently needed a particular bag and contacted Unipack to see if they could arrange for a same day collection. The team were super quick to respond to all correspondence and the item is perfect.

Incomplete order sent after a long wait
Ordered 18000 bags and after 3 weeks they eventually sent 12000, promised to send the missing bags, and over 1 month after originally ordering still not recieved them, even after being promised they'd be resent. Ignoring emails and messages. I've had to open a dispute through paypal to try to get my bags or my money back so I can buy elsewhere.
